"You keep repeating that assertion as if its fact".

The reason I called it otherwise is precisely because although it appears highly unlikely before 2027 I just feel something in my Water about this growing organic movement against the BBC.

However I'm Probably hopelessly wrong yet again though.

I fully agree with your stance on this so we are on the same page. There is a decline in numbers who want nothing to do with the BBC, and its growing. I do think by the time its up for review we might see something happen if the numbers turning off keep growing so yeah its possible....although,

When an institution like the BBC which has royal, and government backing it amounts to an establishment akin to the banks which just cannot be allowed to fail.

Its not an assertion, but fact to say the BBC licence fee as it stands wont be up for review until 2027.

So for me that means more letters through my door, and visits to my house for at least another 6yrs...thats a bit of a downer for me although ill be watching those figures of the amount of people cancelling their licence.

Since the Printing press we have become increasingly enslaved by the marriage of Technology & Banking yet it is technology that will destroy the BBC as we know it.

If there is the political will there will be changes made to it before 2027. Its position is becoming more absurd with every week that goes by and 6 years is an awfully long time.

That said I find the matter nuanced, quite Ironic and completely fascinating.

The Power and influence of the BBC should never be under estimated

In my Opinion the BBC is what Orwell as an insider foresaw as Big Brother.

Im sitting here writing and whether I like it or not fight it or not my mind has been

influenced by what I have read online regarding the Matter. A lot of what I have read will

have been heavily influenced by the BBC and of course what everyone else reads is

influenced by the BBC too.

The BBC is still a Mega Mind Control machine that pretends British Public Opinion is something its not. So like the Brexit Vote etc the amount of opposition to it is hard to gauge.

The BBC show us Polls they have ran themselves and then tell us there's a 60/40 majority for doing away with the License Fee?

Considering they are Compulsive liars especially when it comes to Polls and Public Opinion in reality It could be much worse for them than 60/40 in which case the shit really could hit the fan sooner rather than later.

I certainly hope so.

Interesting article.

What was surprising was knowing thatcher's own view on the BBC, and she pushed for it to be privatised.
Quote:

The expert went on to detail how Mrs Thatcher pushed for the privatisation of the broadcaster.

He continued in October: “Thatcher was not happy about that. She often expressed extreme criticism of the BBC.

“When she set up a commission to examine broadcasting in Britain, she was hoping it would recommend privatisation.

And with that Boris also has the powers available to do what he likes. I wonder then where is the pushback? Who is it that stops these things happening?

All most people want is for the government to decriminalize non payment. Do that and i dont care if the BBC exists at all.

When you take a step back and strip it all back

The BBC dated Model relies on one essential Component F E A R

But I think Covid has people living in fear of real shit like Losing their Business's etc

So the usual shit "You could be fined up to £1,000.00" (now proved to be typically

£30.00 or even less) Simply doesn't work in these Scamdemic times.

Its about time Toto went behind the Covid Curtain to see it's really only a man operating

a machine controlling the Media that is scaring everyone. The Government and the

BBC are joined at the hip in reality but the Government will know the BBC is holed

below the water line and the Government will ultimately have to protect themselves.

MPs call on BBC to ‘clarify’ scale of licence fee evasion.

The committee’s chair, Julian Knight MP, said: “We want the BBC to address real concerns about licence fee evasion – we’ve heard that current rates are significantly higher than the figures it has published to date.

“When we asked for this information we were pointed to published annual reports that were nowhere near as detailed as what appears to have been sent to Lord Botham about the over-75s. We are left asking whether there is something to hide.

“This matters because there is a real risk that the BBC licence fee funding model could become unsustainable as a result of evasion.”
