I live in Nova Scotia.

On April 18–19, 2020, Gabriel Wortman committed multiple shootings and set fires at 16 locations in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, killing 22 people and injuring three others before he was shot and killed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Enfield.
He was dressed as an RCMP officer (in legit uniform) and driving an RCMP vehicle (exact replica car).

It has come to light that he withdrew $475 000 on March 30th. The money came from CIBC Intria, a subsidiary of the chartered bank that handles currency transactions. Basically, Intria handles funds that are made available for operations by the RCMP. They use this secure transaction for undercover work, CI's and 'agents'. CI's would only ever be paid maybe 200-300$. Dude was def an agent. They do it this way because nobody wants their identity known when they are a CI or an 'agent'. So they do not use regular bank locations.

Someone in the RCMP would have to authorize the funds to be released by Intria, then the person who goes to withdraw the funds would have to prove their identity to walk out with the cash. In this case, this happened, but he had to pick up the funds at a secure brinks location close by because of the amount involved. I couldn't go to Intria and withdraw funds. That part of the bank ops as far as the police are concerned are for buys, lures etc.

This is very creepy. The RCMP have some explaining to do.

The Nova Scotia shooter case has hallmarks of an undercover operation

Police sources say the killer's withdrawal of $475,000 was highly irregular, and how an RCMP ‘agent’ would get money.

So the criminals killed their own stooge?
Or so we are told.
Then how can they hope to recruit new stooges?

Definitely stinks! Great article by Macleans - quality outfit.

Damn all out there. It's the same limited set of info.

But he came to RCMP attention in 2013 and even
earlier, in 2011, according to this report:
2011 tip that warned N.S. gunman wanted
'to kill a cop' was purged from RCMP records

RCMP can’t say what was done with the bulletin
that was sent to police agencies in 2011

Police agencies across Nova Scotia were warned in May 2011 that a denturist named Gabriel Wortman had a stash of guns and said he wanted "to kill a cop," according to records newly obtained by CBC News.

But the Nova Scotia RCMP can't say what, if anything, was done with the tip about the man who police believe went on to kill 22 people, including an RCMP officer, in rural Nova Scotia in April.

The 2011 warning came after an unnamed source approached Truro police Cpl. Greg Densmore with detailed information about where Wortman kept his guns, including that he may have been transporting a handgun between his home in Dartmouth and his cottage in Portapique, N.S.

CBC News obtained a copy of Densmore's report from the Truro Police Service through an access-to-information request. Sections are redacted, but it shows the bulletin was distributed through the Criminal Intelligence Service of Nova Scotia, a network of policing agencies that share information.....

Families are demanding a public inquiry.
That call supported by many snr lawyers.

One thing for sure: nobody walks out of a Brinks depot with half a mill.
Not unless somebody has signed off on the money-laundering papers.

Which somebody? That's Question 1.

Latest info:
There are a few more bits of info on this mystery.

::: Possible Wortman was working for the RCMP as an undercover operative - 4 bikers arrested in New Brunswick. It may be that his residence was located not far from the New Brunswick border. He was from New Brunswick. He had most of his businesses incorporated in New Brunswick.
https://atlantic.ctvnews.ca/four-member ... -1.4891523

::: He may have killed before. Hints to murders in the US and Canada (not sure about this).

::: He has been seen numerous times in the company of Hell's Angels and Red Devil's.

::: He got out of a speeding ticket while driving his mock police car sometime before all this - why and how? The license on the car states that it was not to be driven ever.

::: Response time - In its first timeline, the RCMP said it took 12 minutes. The next day it changed the timeline and fudged the response time even more. Finally, it came out with another timeline which said it took 26 minutes.

::: There are two shootings. The 13 people he whacked just up the road from his house. Then after traveling around the province at his leisure; he whacked another 9 people. Also, the first crime scene has many houses burned to the ground. One house burned, the next was untouched, then the third was burned....his pal from the La Familia cartel/the scumbag who helped with putting the RCMP car decals on his ride lived in the untouched house. In 2014, Peter Alan Griffon, then 34, was arrested by Edmonton police as part of an operation against a drug trafficking ring operated by the Mexican cartel La Familia and elements of the ruthless multi-national El Salvadoran gang MS-13. He pled guilty and was sentenced to seven years in prison on Dec. 12, 2017, for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and weapons charges. https://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/the ... -shooting/

There are many more issues that just do not add up. Listen to the podcast and read the Maclean's articles.

Nova Scotia, April 18-19, 2020

Over a period of thirteen hours, a 51 year old denturist carried out Canada’s most deadly act of mass murder.

Dressed in a police officer’s uniform and driving a replica police cruiser, this murderer would leave a trail of innocent victims and burnt homes in his wake. In total twenty two Nova Scotians lost their lives including a pregnant woman, a RCMP Constable, and many other innocent victims who were unfortunate enough to cross his path.

In this episode of Nighttime, we are going to be joined by the controversial Investigative Journalist Paul Palango. Our topic is how his work has helped changed the public narrative surrounding the Nova Scotia Mass Shooting and Arson rampage.

I am not sure about Palango. Never really heard of him. Seems he was around at just the right time and has lucked out getting his stories published.
