IS THE US LEAVING OR STAYING IN IRAQ?
ANSWER HERE

“Sir, in deference to the sovereignty of the Republic of Iraq, and as requested by the Iraqi Parliament and the Prime Minister, CJTF-OIR will be repositioning forces over the course of the coming days and weeks to prepare for onward movement,” read a letter from United States Marine Corps Brigadier General William H. Seely III, the commanding general of Task Force Iraq.
Above is the initial letter issued by US command in Iraq.
Below is the rebuttal issued later by the Pentagon.
“That letter is a draft, it was a mistake, it was unsigned, it should not have been released,” Gen Mark Milley said, adding that it was “poorly worded, implies withdrawal, that is not what’s happening”.
"Poorly worded," was it? That's a giveaway!
So it was substantively correct but badly worded then, eh?

It "implies withdrawal," did it?!

Y'know - you're right. It does!
It's that loose use of the term "repositioning".

Aha, I see.
So the U.S. is merely "repositioning forces."

Ok, so that's not a withdrawal at all.
It's just some repositioning is all.

This is just the usual way you smokescreen a retreat.
Of course the mainstream media acts all so confused.

Plus it's a pitch to retain residual non-repositioned forces and bases.

That's what the letter actually implies

The Babylonian AngloAmerican satanist debt-based money 'creation' system that is now global must constantly expand - sucking in millions of new debt slaves each year - or die.
When nations resist and refuse to participate by joining that system they are attacked and occupied by criminal forces (aka US military, UN,NATO) and their leaders murdered.

Mike earlier you asked if Israel was on the NWO’s shitlist and I’d wager no, not at all and never really has been, except for probably when JFK was around since he pretty much threatened their nuclear program and their relationship via memo if I’m not mistaken, otherwise the US and Israel have been in bed tightly for decades. Thanks a ton guys for being a bright beacon of rationality and honesty in this insane time.

This Iran threat is just theatre. Their leaders were groomed from the same Western power circles. They are working with Israel, Russia & China in the new Silk Road.
Zionist compromised Trump now a war criminal is playing his part too.

Iran admits shooting down Ukrainian flight over Tehran in 'unintentional' missile launch
11 Jan, 2020 | RT

From Moon of Alabama:
The Iranian Armed Forces General Staff just admitted (in Farsi) that its air defenses inadvertently shot down the Ukrainian flight PS 752 shortly after it took off on January 8 in Tehran (machine translation, slightly edited for readability):

In the hours after the missile strikes, US terrorist forces' warplanes around the country increased, and some reports of air strikes targeting strategic centers in the country were reported to numerous defense units and targets on some radar plates. It has caused more sensitivity in air defense units.

In such critical conditions, the Ukrainian Airlines departs from Imam Khomeini Airport and, while in rotation, was in close proximity to a sensitive military center of the IRGC and in a height and shape of a hostile aircraft. In these circumstances, the plane was accidentally hit by a human error, which unfortunately results in the martyrdom of dear compatriots and the death of a number of foreign nationals.

The Armed Forces General Staff sends condolences to the families of missing persons of other countries and apologizes for the human error, ensures that this will not happen again by carrying out major reforms in operational processes at armed forces level to make such errors impossible and immediately report it to the Armed Forces Judicial Organization to deal with the errors committed legally.

The Pentagon had claimed that Iran shot down the airliner but the evidence it presented was flimsy and not sufficient as the U.S. tends to spread disinformation about Iran.

It is welcome that the Iranian forces come clean about the incident.

So they would shoot down a passenger plane that had just taken off from their airport?!?!?!?!

That was the first news report that I saw, /////first reports are very important since they tend to 'disappear' or 'change' at later dates!

Update MichaelC:
Iran Front Page journalist Reza Khaasteh translated on Twitter:

IRGC Aerospace Cmdr: I wish I was dead and such an incident hadn't happened. We in IRGC accept all the responsibility, and are ready to implement any decision made by the Establishment.

IRGC Aerospace Cmdr: I was in the country's west following attacks on US base in Iraq when I heard the news. We sacrificed our lives for our people for a lifetime, and now we're trading our reputation with God (disgracing ourselves) and appear in front of the camera to explain.

IRGC Aerospace Cmdr says we had requested the establishment of a no-fly zone given the war situation. But it was not approved for certain considerations.

Revision: IRGC Aerospace Cmdr says Air Defence operator sent a message to his commanders; but after he didn't receive any response for 10 seconds, he decided to shoot it down.

Video of IRGC Aerospace Cmdr. showing the place on map where the Ukrainian plane was shot down by the air defence.

IRGC Aerospace Cmdr: I informed Iranian officials on Wednesday morning, and said we speculate our own passenger plane has been shot down. But the General Staff of Armed Forces quarantined all those who knew about it, and decided to declare it later.

IRGC Aerospace Cmdr.: The officials, including Aviation authorities, who kept denying the missile hit, are not guilty. They made those remarks based on what they knew. We are to blame for everything.

IRGC Aerospace Cmdr.: We were at that time ready for an all-out war with US. We had reports of cruise missiles fired at Iran. It was an individual's error that caused this tragedy.
At least Iran has balls, the US/NATO would never admit to a thing like this:
When the US whacked innocents and many kids after the USS Vincennes in 1988 had shot down Iran Air Flight 655 and killed 290 people, including many children, the U.S. government denied any culpability. George H. W. Bush, the vice president of the United States at the time, commented: "I will never apologize for the United States – I don't care what the facts are... I'm not an apologize-for-America kind of guy." Despite its "error" the crew was given medals and the captain was even awarded a Legion of Merit "for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding service as commanding officer ...".
