A federal law enforcement official told USA TODAY that the suspect
had been identified as 29-year-old Omar Mir Seddique Mateen.

He’d actually been on law enforcement’s radar years earlier — FBI Special
Agent Ronald Hopper said agents had investigated Mateen in 2013 and again
in 2014 regarding terror threats, but that in both cases authorities found
insufficient evidence to pursue charges.

Hopper confirmed that Mateen had been interviewed by federal authorities
three times in connection with two investigations during the past three
years
. In the most recent case, the FBI reviewed Mateen's alleged
contacts in 2014 with Moner Mohammad Abu-Salha, an American suicide
bomber from Florida who died in Syria the same year. Hopper said the
case was closed when investigators determined that Mateen's contacts
were "minimal.''

In a 2013 investigation, investigators interviewed Mateen twice about
"inflammatory comments'' the gunman made to a co-worker about
possible ties to international terrorism. That case also was closed when
authorities were unable to "verify'' the comments.

Mateen was not under investigation at the time of the shooting, a status
that allowed for his purchase of a handgun and an AR-15 rifle which were
used in the assault.

New York-born, Mateen lived in Fort Pierce, about 120 miles south of
Orlando on Florida’s Atlantic coast, and worked for the security firm G4S.

For large swathes of people in the US, it doesn't matter; once you've said 'Muslim', you've told them all they need to hear.

::: The entire world just spent the past week celebrating the life of Muhammad Ali - and Ali's religion, Islam. It was the best PR week Islam ever had
::: More than 50 dead? Only one shooter? And the guy was not even a special forces professional, but a flaky security guard?! (Who just happened to be on all the National Security radar screens, like so many others now-proven patsies.)
    ::: Bilderberg meeting June 9-12, 2016
::: Killary's treasonous crimes are put on the back burner

Omar Mateen worked at a G4S (See Mercenary Jobs - http://www.mercenaryjobs.org/g4s-security-jobs.html) Juvenile Detention Centre facility near Fort Pierce.

Quote:
Stout identifies six stages of a limbic war:

1. Group Trauma: This takes the form of a national catastrophe that "installs a nonconscious paranoia switch in the minds of a nation's citizens".

2. Fear Brokers: Whether perpetrators or merely opportunists (as was the case with Pearl Harbour), a small group of people will attempt to use this group fear to pursue their own agenda, repeatedly triggering the paranoia switch. Such frightened people "tend to be drawn to an authoritarian personality" for a leader. The rest of the steps depend on the success of this step.

3. Scapegoatism: The fear brokers will then contend that a specific group, usually innocent of the crime in question, is the responsible party. Such "successful scapegoatism slows the groups healing process to a crawl". In this way, wars and hatred are initiated by the fear brokers' influence over the many.

4. Cultural Regression: With a concrete enemy to blame, such primitive instincts as lust for revenge can "crystallize." In this way, the fear brokers manipulate our moralizing tendencies. Separating the population into "patriots" and "traitors" (those who support the primitive response and those who do not) identifies and stigmatizes those who are not susceptible to the manipulations. Paranoia stifles dissent and creates an internal censor.

5. Recognition and Backlash: Eventually, people become aware of the insanity of such governments and their leaders are deposed. However, this may take decades. In this early stage, "protests begin, small and uneasy at the beginning, growing larger and bolder as time goes on" [e.g. the solidarity movements in Eastern Europe in the late 80s]. Unfortunately, these protests usually ignore the main issue - the psychological nature of such leaders - and focus on a side issue, e.g. McCarthy's alleged homosexuality or simply the corruption of such officials.

6. Regret and Forgetting: "As the original trauma-engendered fear beings to ease, often years later, we have difficulty recalling why we allowed ourselves to be so easily co-opted into an authoritarian agenda. Many of us are left in a state of dissonance and guilt, and this uncomfortable condition promotes forgetting...".

Quote:
Years before he shot up an Orlando gay club in what became the largest mass shooting in American history, Omar Mateen regularly picked up lunch from a drag queen at Ruby Tuesday. He may have even gone to see a drag show or two, a former high school classmate told The Daily Beast.

About 10 years ago, Mateen, a few years out of high school, was working at the supplement store GNC. Samuel King, a year ahead of him in high school, was working next door at the restaurant chain. Mateen was a few years out of playing football in high school while King, who is openly gay, had long, flowing extensions, and prettier hair than most of his female co-workers.

After seeing the trending news story about the Orlando shooting, King posted his disbelief on Facebook. “I can’t believe i knew this dude…. He worked at GNC at the treasure coast mall when i was at Ruby Tuesday’s and he Graduated from the same high school in 2004,” he wrote. “He was a jokester and at the time didn’t have an issue with the LGBT community.”

Mateen’s father told NBC News that Mateen “got angry when he saw two men kissing in Miami a couple of months ago” and that he “thought that might be related to the shooting.”

But King saw none of that homophobia. Quite the opposite: He said Mateen knew that he and many of his co-workers at Ruby Tuesday were gay, and didn’t seem to have a problem with it. “That’s the thing that’s pinning me to the wall the most, that it was a gay nightclub,” King said. “Because he would come into the [the restaurant] and laugh with us.

“He might’ve even sat down at the bar and had a drink and laughed with the bartenders, knowing that they were lesbians,” King added.

These interactions shed new light on a man believed to be motivated by blind hatred for gay people. By the end of his rampage, Mateen had killed 49 people and wounded 53 others in the most deadly terror attack on U.S. soil since 9/11. During his attack on a sea of dancing young men, Mateen called 911 and pledged allegiance to the leader of ISIS, announcing himself as a terrorist and mentioning the Boston marathon attackers.

Yet if Mateen was a religious extremist, King didn’t know it, and the topic of religion never came up in conversations. Instead, the two men would greet each other on the street. King likely showed him, like the rest of the employees and regulars, photos in full costume from his performances.

“I can’t pinpoint a date that he went with us, but he probably gone there with us once,” he said.

Omar Mateen worked for G4S.

G4S is alleged to have links to the CIA.

Quote:
Recent co-workers described Mateen’s demeanor as aggressive and anti-gay. Daniel Gilroy, who worked with Mateen at the security company G4S, told Florida Today that he was “unhinged and unstable.”

“I quit because everything he said was toxic, and the company wouldn’t do anything,” Gilroy told the news outlet. “This guy was unhinged and unstable. He talked of killing people.”

He said Mateen stalked him with dozens of text messages a day, but the company didn’t take action because Mateen was Muslim.

But the company didn't take action because he was a Muslim? What does that mean exactly?

Quote:
“When I saw his picture on the news, I thought, of course, he did that,” fellow security guard Eric Baumer told Newsday. “He had bad things to say about everybody—blacks, Jews, gays, a lot of politicians, our soldiers. He had a lot of hate in him. He told me America destroyed Afghanistan.”

Indeed, it was a co-worker’s tip that set off an FBI investigation into the man in 2013. “The FBI first became aware of him in 2013 when he made inflammatory comments to co-workers alleging possible terrorist ties,” Ronald Hopper, an assistant agent in charge of the FBI’s Tampa division, said at a press conference. The ties were unconfirmed.

The following year, the agency investigated his potential links to an American suicide bomber in Syria, Moner Abu-Salha, but found the connections negligible. Mateen was still able to purchase both weapons he brought to the attack legally last week, according to Trevor Velinor, an assistant special agent in charge of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Tampa.

Mateen had worked at G4S since 2007, and cleared their security checks when he was hired and again in 2013. The company said they were made aware that Mateen had been questioned by the FBI in 2013 and knew that the investigations had closed.

“We were not made aware of any alleged connections between Mateen and terrorist activities, and were unaware of any further FBI investigations,” G4S communications director Monica Lewman-Garcia told The Daily Beast in a statement.

Mateen had a gun because of his work as a security officer.

G4S provides guards to more than two dozen juvenile detention centers in Florida, and Mateen’s ex-wife told The Washington Post that he’d worked at one such facility near their Fort Pierce home. A spokesperson at the St. Lucie Regional Juvenile Detention Center directed queries about Mateen to the State of Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. The agency directed inquiries to G4S, which did not return requests for comment.

But the company’s employees have been accused of abusing children in the centers where they work. A male Palmetto Youth Academy guard was arrested in 2014 on charges that he sexually assaulted two teenage boys, ages 15 and 17. A judge set his bond at $250,000, but the disposition of the case remains unclear. A female employee in Tampa was accused of engaging in sex acts with a boy that same year.

“I’m amazed at the amount of violence that goes on over there, both against staff and other inmates,” Assistant State Attorney Vicki Nichols, Martin County Florida’s juvenile prosecutor, told the Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers of one facility that employs G4S guards.

Dig a little deeper into Seddique and you will find connections with the current Afghani president who is a very intelligent and influential man.

Look closely at the twitter pictures posted by ‎@bashirgwakh, above and notice the coat of arms of Poland on the arm of one gentleman. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms_of_Poland

There are two military persons in that photo, not something you see every day.

Mateen appears to be one of countless 'foreign dignitaries' hovering around Washington circles in the hope of some crumbs heading the way of him and his cause. Reminds me of the Boston patsies' well-connected Chechen uncle.

What's the big deal here?

Again, this is like a nice side show away from reality.

40% of young british muslims support Sharia Law.

Over 300 million muslims worldwide support Sharia Law.

Sharia Law supports the murdering of gays.

The only difference between a massacre and Sharia Law and this incident is that Sharia Law requires duo process before murdering them.

Yet....NO one wants to talk about that do they. Let's talk about the oppressed Palestinians....it's about 97% support Sharia Law.

Sharia Law is fucking barbaric and is the return to the dark ages but all of these liberals don't want to talk about it, feminists don't want to talk about it and yet with over 5 million muslims into Europe in just the last 2 or 3 years, with tens of millions more coming into Europe shortly through right of passage, THAT IS THE BIG DEAL.

More than half of British Muslims believe homosexuality should be outlawed in the country, a survey has revealed. In contrast, a mere 5% of the general population thought the same way, highlighting stark differences in opinion on the matter between British Muslims and the wider general public.

While a majority of British Muslims had a sense of belonging in the country and were keen to integrate into society, they preferred Islamic education for their children and Islamic laws to govern them, the study has revealed.

ICM survey of 1,000 British Muslims showed that 52% disagreed that homosexuality should be legal in Britain, while 18% agreed. In contrast, a control sample of 1,008 people who represented the general population of the UK revealed that 5% were opposed to homosexuality.

IT IS THE BIG DEAL, that Sweden will be mostly Muslim within a decade or less, large swathes of Britain, large swathes of Spain and so on.

All of this is in the meantime....whether staged or not is just about imposing the police state and guess what....foreigners have only ever known a police state.

Omar Mateen worked for G4S.
G4S is alleged to have links to the CIA.

Great post.

And yes the biggest red flag with this attack is that the shooter worked for
UK-based G4S - a known vehicle for the UK and US intelligence services
whose US HQ just happens to be just down the 'pike in Jupiter, Florida,
150 miles southeast of Orlando.

Orlando killer worked for G4S
- a DHS, State contractor that

The security company that employed Orlando nightclub shooter Omar
Mateen also is a federal contractor for the Homeland Security and State
departments -- raising more questions about how he passed background
checks despite being on the FBI’s radar screen and the level of security at
a firm handling sensitive U.S. operations.

Mateen, who killed 49 people and wounded dozens more early Sunday
inside the gay nightclub Pulse, started working for G4S Secure Solutions
in 2007 and until the attack was employed as an armed guard at a gated
retirement community in South Florida.

The U.K.-based firm has a far-reaching portfolio that goes well beyond
retirement villages, however, with its U.S. arm having become of the
biggest government contractors since 9/11. This includes helping secure
40 U.S. embassies worldwide and working with U.S. agents on border
patrol.

G4S has 623,000 employees in 110 countries, including 54,000 in North America
, reports show.

The company said Mateen passed company screenings -- including
psychological and criminal checks -- when hired in 2007 and again in 2013.

Spokeswoman Monica Lewman-Garcia said G4S in 2013 “learned” the FBI questioned Mateen and later closed its inquiries.

"We were not made aware of any alleged connections between Mateen and
terrorist activities, and were unaware of any further FBI investigations,"
the statement said.

At least one former G4S employee, Daniel Gilroy, says he raised
numerous concerns with supervisors about Mateen’s hateful and
potentially dangerous behavior.

Gilroy told Fox News that he and Mateen had worked as security guards
at the same South Florida resort and that Mateen, a Muslim, used “horrible
words” at the sight of women and blacks and was in a constant state of
“anger and rage.”

However, the company refused to take action on his complaints, and
Gilroy was forced to quit last year after Mateen began sending him
harassing text and phone messages, according to Florida Today.

“The company wouldn't do anything,” Gilroy told the paper. “This guy
was unhinged and unstable. He talked of killing people."

FBI Director James Comey on Monday also detailed the nature of
the original complaints the bureau received back in 2013.

He said co-workers were concerned about "inflammatory and
contradictory" statements he had made, including claiming family
connections to Al Qaeda. Mateen later admitted making the statements
but said he did so out of anger because he thought his co-workers were
discriminating against him. The FBI closed the preliminary investigation,
before briefly looking at him one more time in 2014.

G4S is a hardcore NWO Outfit, with connections to 9/11 and Gitmo.
Securicor/G4S bought Argenbright Security—9/11 airport security—
only nine months before 9/11. G4S also provided security services
at Guantanamo Bay.

G4S prompted an outcry in 2010 by hiring Philip Wheatley, the former
director general of the UK National Offender Management Service.

Wheatley also took a role with Detica, a private cyber security company
supplying equipment for the GCHQ listening station and seen as having
close links to MI5.

Lord Reid, a former UK home secretary, has been a paid adviser to
G4S Secure Solutions since 2008. It's a transatlantic cartel, as the
US-based Chertoff Group, also employs Lord Reid.

Chertoff, run by ex-head of US Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff
has also hired former head of MI6, Sir John Scarlet as an adviser.

Witness: Omar Mateen drank alone at Pulse before attack

At least four regular customers at the Orlando gay nightclub where a
gunman killed 49 people said Monday that they had seen Omar Mateen
there before.

"Sometimes he would go over in the corner and sit and drink by himself,
and other times he would get so drunk he was loud and belligerent,"
Ty Smith said.

Another Pulse regular, Kevin West, told the Los Angeles Times that
Mateen messaged him on and off for a year using a gay chat app.

They had never met, West said, but he watched as Mateen entered the
club about 1 a.m. Sunday, an hour before the shooting began.

Cord Cedeno and Chris Callen are other Pulse customers who told the
Sentinel they had seen Mateen in the nightclub.

Callen said he had witnessed violent outbursts by Mateen.

"It was definitely him. He'd come in for years, and people knew him,"
Cedeno said.
