Very Happy Very Happy

Fintan.
Sensational audio once again champion.
Resonated with me.
The 'Geronimo' talk was exceptional. Loved it.
Hence, I have put up the YouTube clip of the biggest song in Australia this year. Laughing
Pretty coincidental. Wink
All I ate as a kid was bread and sugar.
Not surprisingly I suppose, I was diagnosed with an arthritis disease at age 19.
It is called Ankylosing Spondylitis. It attacks soft tissue and calcifies and hardens it.
Not only was my ankles, hips, neck, wrists, knees, sternum, shoulders and fingers affected greatly, but it also attacked my eyes and my heart, which led to open heart surgery at the age of 36 to replace my aorta and aortic valve.
Looking back now with hindsight, I pretty much poisoned my body big time.
Cool
Now I have children, I won't be making that mistake again.
Which leads me to my next question.......what are the alternatives?
Trying to explain to family and friends about how bad cereals and dairy are, doesn't go down too well, and leads to the old chestnut of 'don't be silly, there's nothing wrong with it'.
Evil or Very Mad
I got more to say but really just wanted to thank you Fintan for the enlightenment.
Legend.
Very Happy

Holy shit, dude - sorry to hear that. You are unfortunate proof that these
dietary issues are literally life and death issues.

You are drawing me into discussing stuff I will be covering in the next
audio on diet issues. I'm glad to do so because it's the next most vital
concern after the wheat/dairy/roundup trio.

Specifically it's more deadly lectins (like WGA in wheat).

They are in nightshades. And they're heavily implicated in arthritis:

- The Link Between Nightshades, Chronic Pain and Inflammation
- The Arthritis Nightshades Research Foundation

Nightshades are what makes pizza a perfect poison:
in one meal, you have wheat - cheese - lotsa peppers.

Wheat and casein open up the gut allowing the lectins
in the nightshade peppers to flood into the body.

Ok, the key foods to proactively seek out are also in next diet audio.

Famous last words, lol Just takes decades to play out. Wink

Interesting audios Fintan, well explained. Where can I find more info with regard to the problems associated with bovine dairy products? According to eg Weston Price, raw milk, which is a very different animal compared to pasteurized milk, does have health benefits;

Brazilian wasp venom kills cancer cells by opening them up

Date: September 1, 2015
Source: Cell Press

Summary:
The social wasp Polybia paulista protects itself against predators by producing venom known to contain a powerful cancer-fighting ingredient. A new study reveals exactly how the venom's toxin -- called MP1 (Polybia-MP1) -- selectively kills cancer cells without harming normal cells. MP1 interacts with lipids that are abnormally distributed on the surface of cancer cells, creating gaping holes that allow molecules crucial for cell function to leak out.

Pretty good article here from celiac.com

In response to so many "news" articles popping up about this "fad".

Good article. Most don't know and even fewer can communicate
the reason why gluten is so bad for most humans. Even doctors.
There are just too many preconceptions. So here goes.

THE 60 SECOND GUIDE TO GOOD HEALTH Laughing

Gluten activates zonulin = leaky gut in everybody.
Don't matter a damn whether you're coeliac or not.
Roundup on cereal doubles the intensity of the problem!

Alpha Casein A1 molecule (cow milk/cheese) looks like gluten.
So it triggers a similar or lesser reaction in most people.

Avoid both. EAT ALL SORTS OF OTHER SHIT. And live longer!!

'Cos your gut's no longer leakin' like a f*kn sieve! Very Happy

Yeah, I've oversimplified. There's a lot to it. That's the core though.

I am not dismissing, deriding, or belittling what you have put forth, but off the top of my head, reading the fluoride deception was enough to make me question the effects that fluoride is having on our bodies and then to learn that in countries like australia there are respected, established scientists who reaffirm the toxic effects it is having upon us.

In addition to this we have the numerous pesticides which are being applied to the crops all of which is contributing to this cocktail. There are of course are things which people never even stop to consider like the leeching of BPA and that's of course before we have even mentioned GMO's and the disastrous effects it is having on the wider environment and on us.

Moreover I have not mentioned MSG and the horrifying spectre of aspartame and, well, you get the picture. So with that said, I am not really sure why you have quantified the likes of gluten as being the plague, when we are plagued by so much.

Sorry for the delay getting back here, but in any event,
that's a great summary of the key toxicological risks in
the modern environment. And some of those are killers!

I suppose what makes wheat special is the sheer tonnage of it which
is consumed in the typical westerner's diet and the fact that almost
everybody IS consuming it - and without big health warnings.

So ..... Laughing

WHEAT WARNING: Toxic to All Humans. Fatal Systemic Gut Effects.

I wonder would sales of pizzas be affected by that warning label? Wink
The gliadin(gluten) in wheat opens the human gut and makes it leak like
a sieve. How much depends on your genes - but all human's guts leak.

Specifically, all tight junctions leak. Those are natural barriers and they
are found in: the gut; the brain; the kidneys; all organs, the lungs etc..
You start to leak in all of these vital membranes. Epic consequences.
You die of inflammatory autoimmune-derived typical systemic diseases.

So MSG is a concentrated gluten and does the above and then some!
And RoundUp is a TURBOcharged equivalent sprayed on many cereals.
Not to mention the God-only-knows effects of the frankenfood GMOs.

A rough ranking of weighted risk for average human is to avoid:

1) Wheat (*Dairy)
2) MSG
3) Roundup

4) GMO
5) Excitotoxins (aspartame, chemical fragrances)
6) Soy

Dairy: * Due to the molecular similarity of gluten and casein (protein)
in cow milk/cheese, many people react to similarly to dairy
as they would to wheat gluten. However dairy butter (fat) is ok.

Love me some JP Sears. Cool

All kidding aside, these diet changes WORK.

It's like a drug addiction, really.

I've been experimenting with a GARD style diet for at least 5 years,
and only in the last 6 months have I nailed it down. Looking at a regular pizza makes my stomach churn now. Unless it's really good, then many I have a couple of slices and ALWAYS feel like crap for a few days, like clockwork.

I even cut corn, white potatoes, other nightshades, and legumes out. Sick to death of gut problems.

Great cure: broths! Bone broths, veggie broths. Healthy probiotic fillers for sure. I feel great
