the disabled and older people are probably the most discriminated against "minority" - not race or gender or religion. in fact, when those other ones are being discriminated against, the bottom line is that people view them as being less-abled, inferior. it's all the same thing... equally dispensible humans to all the divided groups and their PR masters.
