US defends immunity law for Yemen's Saleh
January 10, 2012 | Reuters

The United States has defended a Yemeni draft law that would grant outgoing President Ali Abdullah Saleh immunity from prosecution over the killing of protesters during an uprising against his rule, despite criticism from the United Nations.

Why do US war criminals want to protect this scumbag? There is nothing in Yemen to take, fuck-up or bomb.

US strike in Yemen sharpens covert war
February 1, 2012 | UPI

Loyalists of Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh shot dead five people who had been protesting against a power transfer deal that promises him immunity from prosecution, medics said.

'SANAA, Yemen, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- US airstrikes in Yemen that reportedly killed four Tuesday came hard on the heels of a US Navy SEAL team's Jan. 25 rescue of two Western hostages in Somalia, across the Gulf of Aden.

These US strikes underline how the Americans are escalating covert operations against groups in the regions -- the Arabian Peninsula and Somalia, these "groups" which are deemed serious threats to the United States.'
