We have all heard the conflicting theories on Petroleum and the Carbon/Global Warming/Cooling effects; yet I have yet to hear of the effects of all the empty earth cavities that are left standing after the oil has been removed.

1. Are we going to see the earth's surface "cave in" on those cavities one day?

2.Are we going to lose large percentages of surface water as the water fills there void?

3. Is the oil actually serving a greater purpose in the earth's physical expansion?

4. ?

Any thoughts?...this has to have been discussed somewhere?

Good points. I have wondered sometimes myself. I hope this will be an interesting discussion.
