The investigation and conclusions of the 9/11 Commission represent the official cover-up. Because of this, the intelligence/NWO connections of those on the Commission represent evidence that the attacks were engineered by the intelligence-community/elite.

Quote:
Fielding served in the United States Army between 1965 and 1967, and worked at the Office of Security at the National Security Agency before being discharged from Fort Meade with the rank of captain.

Quote:
Fred F. Fielding: I was born in Philadelphia, but I moved to the country when I was six years old, and I grew up on a farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. My father died when I was 11, but otherwise I had a typical American childhood: going to public schools, playing football, fishing, and working on neighboring farms after school and in the summers. Later I went to Gettysburg College and then to University of Virginia School of Law, both on scholarships.

TWL: Didn’t you spend some time in the Army?

FFF: Yes. I went straight through college and law school and then practiced law for a year with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia before being called to active duty in 1965. For two years I was assigned to the Office of Security at the National Security Agency and was a captain at the time of my discharge. I then returned to Philadelphia and to Morgan, Lewis.

Fielding's NSA background is not the only interesting subject here. In 1981, he was appointed counsel to Ronald Reagan and remained in this position until 1986.
http://www.morganlewis.com/bios/ffielding

Being that George H.W Bush was Vice President from 1981 to 1989, this places Fielding in close proximity to Poppy for five years.

And it doesn't end there. Fielding's ties to Richard Nixon are well-known. From 1970-1972, he was associate counsel to Nixon. He moved up to Deputy Counsel in 1972, and stayed in that role until 1974. Some suspected him of being "Deepthroat".
http://www.9-11commission.gov/about/bio_fielding.htm

His connections to "Tricky Dicky" are common knowledge. What isn't common knowledge, however, is the fact that George and Prescott Bush were major financial backers of the Nixon campaign, and that it was Prescott who launched him into the vice-presidency. In fact, Nixon's own biography states that his ties to the Bush family go back as far as 1946. Nixon would later reward Bush by appointing him Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

Fielding was also very closely tied to the Watergate Scandal, which George Bush played a key role in.

http://killtown.911review.org/bushbio/chapter12.html

Fielding would later find himself appointed counsel to George Bush's son, Dubya.

It seems that Fielding, a "former" NSA man and figure in the contrived Watergate scandal, was always very close to America's unelected emperor on the political scene. A safe pair of hands?

With deepest sorrow, Wiley Rein & Fielding regrets to report that our partner, Karen Kincaid, was one of the 64 people aboard American Airlines Flight 77 that crashed into the Pentagon on Tuesday September 11, 2001. As quoted in the Washington Post by R. Michael Senkowski, a partner and head of the firm’s telecommunications practice, “Karen was one of our up-and-coming stars.” She was a “great lawyer and one of the nicest, kindest human beings you can run across – we’re all very much in grief.”

Our prayers and thoughts go out to Karen’s family as well as to the families of all who died or were injured in the tragic events that took place yesterday in Washington, DC, New York and Pennsylvania.

Karen joined the firm in 1993 and was a member of the firm’s communications practice. Prior to joining WRF, Karen served as a Senior Attorney-Advisor for the Private Radio Bureau, at the Federal Communications Commission from 1989 to 1993. Karen was a former law clerk to the Honorable J. Smith Hensley, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit (1987-1989) and the Honorable Leo Oxenberger, Chief Judge, Iowa Court of Appeals (1986-1987). She received her B.A. from Central College and her J.D. from Drake University. Karen is survived by her husband, Peter Batacan, and several siblings.

In a very strange "coincidence", an "up-and-coming star" lawyer at Fielding's firm was a passenger on Flight 77.

Before joining the firm, Karen A. Kincaid was a senior attorney and adviser to the FCC from 1989-1993 -- Poppy Bush's presidency.

There are conflicting reports as to why she was on Flight 77. Her husband, Peter Bataca, said:

Quote:
On the same plane as Menchaca was Washington lawyer Karen Kincaid, 40, wife of Peter Batacan ’83. A specialist in telecommunications law and partner in the law firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding, she was flying to Los Angeles for two days to attend a convention of wireless communication companies, said her husband, also a telecommunications attorney. She had been thinking of taking a later flight and only the day before booked a seat on American 77, which left Dulles Airport at 8:10 a.m. Batacan had thought about accompanying his wife to catch up with a Notre Dame friend in L.A. but had commitments and figured it was going to be such a short trip it wouldn’t be worth it. “Karen was a combination of a really top-caliber attorney but also a very kind and loving person,” he said. “We were really just a good team.” They had been married five years.

However, Peter Shields, the president of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) and a fellow partner at Wiley Rein, wrote:

Quote:
Personally, we at Wiley Rein & Fielding miss our friend and colleague, Karen Kincaid, who lost her life that day while traveling to do pro bono work for a charitable foundation.

Fred F. Fielding became counsel to Blackwater Worldwide, now known as "Xe", in 2005.
http://www.nndb.com/people/226/000043097/

Blackwater/Xe, a mercenary firm, is notorious for murdering civilians in Iraq. It has long been suspected of executing many of the "suicide bombings" in Iraq/Pakistan.

Blackwater/Xe's ties to George H.W Bush have never been much of a secret. Erik Prince, the founder and owner of Blackwater/Xe, was an intern at the GHWB White House. The Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel to Blackwater/Xe is Joseph Schmitz, whose father and brother were advisers to Poppy. Cofer Black, Vice Chairman of Blackwater/Xe, was in the CIA when Poppy was the director. It's outside cousnel is Kenn Starr, Poppy's solicitor-general and a key figure in the contrived Lewinsky scandal.
http://www.salon.com/news/feature/2007/10/02/blackwater_bush

Now becoming more apparent is the fact that Blackwater is a front operation for everyone's favorite alphabet agency:

Erik Prince, head of US security firm Blackwater, ‘was CIA operative’

Blackwater Guards Tied to Secret C.I.A. Raids

Blackwater operating at CIA Pakistan base, ex-official says
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/dec/11/blackwater-in-cia-pakistan-base

“There was a feeling that Blackwater eventually became an extension of the agency.” - Former top CIA officer, calling the Blackwater-CIA relationship "brotherly" (We certainly know who the big brother is!)

The fact that Cofer Black, a 28-year CIA man who formerly served as the Agency's counter-terrorism chief, served as Blackwater/Xe's Vice Chairman is more evidence that it's a front company.

As is the fact that Rob Richer, the Vice President for Intelligence at Blackwater/Xe, is a "former" high-ranking CIA man. Richer was the deputy chief for CIA covert/clandestine operations.

The facts clearly suggest that Blackwater/Xe is a front operation for the CIA. Thus, Fielding served as counsel to the Agency's muscle.

Fred Fielding <-----> Blackwater = Fred Fielding <-----> CIA
