These guys are NOT hip hop, but they present themselves as "HIP HOP" much like those people who reject Chris in the 911 forum at the other end of break for news.... They present themselves as something they are not, then call you the fake...

Look at these guys, The Coup and Grand Puba know these people are ignorant, they love them like the buddha would but they know they are not of them......

TN GANGSTERS SAY, "What the Tennessee Music Conference and Hip-Hop Awards are all about… General Tennessee has taken a back seat in the Hip-Hop industry to states like Georgia, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and others for years. Despite national success from many artists from the state, the Tennessee market is still not respected among many of the people of the hip-hop and entertainment industry of today. For years, Memphis has carried the state, producing most of the artists to build large fan bases outside the state. Legends like Playa Fly, Skinny Pimp, Pistol, 8-Ball & MJG, 3-6 Mafia, and others helped to shed light on the talent in TN. Tennessee now has new talent emerging from all parts of the state. New stars such as Young Buck, Yo Gotti, All-Star, and Mr. Mack out of east TN, are helping to open new paths, to help spring the TN hip-hop market into one of the world’s elite. Cities like Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans, and Miami continually produce many of the hip-hop elite. One of the main reasons is because they have the support of their entire state, (not to mention, a larger urban and overall population). The DJ’s, artists, producers, media promoters, and others involved in the industry in those states, work together in order to keep money circulating throughout the state. It’s time Tennessee does the same. This is the main purpose of the 1st Annual Tennessee Music Conference and Hip-Hop awards. We want to honor and pay homage to the people who have helped to develop the TN Hip-Hop market to what it is, and work as a state to help to continue to build the market, and develop careers for artists, DJ’s, producers, media, promoters, and others in the state of TN. It’s time to make MONEY! Real MONEY, MILLIONS, just like some of the other states in the south are doing. This event will help to establish a foundation in which the TN music community can use to help grow and develop their careers in music."

It all sounds wack, looks wack, is wack... Would give these people one minute on our turntable unless it was to give them a chance at hearing something that could awaken them and help them free themselves of their ignorant gangster concepts.....

So where was the group the Coup supposed to go? They weren't going to hang out with trouble...

I cannot believe what Fintan Says about the Coup Album... I believe in Fintan and his direction but his call on the album is off, and it is dividing the conscious hip hop crowd from the true 911 activists in a subtle way....

People get isolated, people like The Coup Dude may have known the truth or been telepathic or intuitive enough to go into that album cover concept enough... That is what hip hop is, intuitive truth seeking, its a lyrical exploration into the telepathic poetics.....

The coup could either hang out with Gangster Rappers or get funded by the party crowd..... He went with the party crowd...... But Just because he was raised in a black panther Govt. nest fest doesn't mean he crossed over, it means he could know more than most and enough to speak out the way he does.....

Rather than hating on the MC, Fintan should have looked for where the party crowd was interconnected with distribution, magazines and marketing.....

We still can do that....

What Fintan is thinking is not all wrong, in the sense that the scene has been knocked on beat, forced to fit in, and numbed down; festivals lack real activism, artists are not recognizing or speaking out on the big issues etc etc

But those who are get dialed on like the Coup by people like Fintan who should know better? Doesn't feel right......

YOU CAN't DISS THE COUP and turn around and use hip hop tracks on your talks... those artists that he plays wouldn't say what they say, they wouldn't be who they are if it wasn't for the Coup, Brand Nubians etc etc

Fintan is the man, but even the best of those who share a yoga class welcome an adjustment from time to time....

And when it comes to true independent hip hop and its alignment with the truth movement.... They have been the truth movement for a long time. And the issues that the 911 activists are bringing up are a factor, something to consider when it comes to the so called disfunction of the hip hop crowd...... But it isn't the conscious blacks that are the issue, its the party crowd whites and their apathy. So we gotta look at the labels (and the secret wealthy ones who run those) and take the arts into a treeincarnation level direction, its a spiritual issue.... Cuz with the Christian Brainwash on the left and the govt. gangter combo on the right, where does anyone have to go? We need to go into and through each other, toward the unity and love that both MLK JR and Gandhi pointed to, but a next level version that can be lived, defined and expressed freely and openly.....

It ain;t hard to tell...

You have c4, concrete, dust.

And you have people on the left that would rather believe in space beams.
And you have people on the right who reject the deeper truths covered in treeincarnation, they reject the truth about reincarnation, and will never support or recognize the original black mans point of view about those who would actually pull the towers... endless songs have been created about what they have done and how long they have been doing it.

Lets get up and go people! Toward a truth process that can be shared, but one that keeps it simple.

Endless people heard Brand Nubians, and still them today, even though their Black Man Come first was a little hard to accept fully, cuz it lacked an understanding of reincarnation and sounded a little left of center of the truth. But it was more right on than anything else at the time, and it ended up working for everyone......

Chris and the concrete core is like that...... In time becomes the direction of those who use the heart, and its true enough to become the right "solution process".......

Those shutting him down lack something, they lack heart, they lack the right effort, they lack the right views, they just lack all around...... But its their effort that makes them off, they work so hard, they go out of their way to go against the simple common c4=dust and take a look at the world around you intention that people like Chris, and Head Roc Share. Its a down to earth heart felt action core..... Its action outside of the fear-state, but different than the ILL BILL type, its more sober.... And clear.

What happen to unity? Power to the people? What does a state have to do with any of it?

It should have to do with going beyond boundaries and borders, into more spiritual attitudes....

The good people of TN are being manipulated....

We as listeners can help the the conscious hip hop community, the sincere yoga teachers and healers, and the 911 truth seekers....

We can help by sharing the difficult truths they present as well as being very conscious about where we source our music and yoga and by how we enjoy it (alone AND together). We are here to present them all with listeners and ears who would like to see us all get back on track for future generations of children. The industry has forced hip hop into self promotion, Activists into division & yoga into apathy.... And we find ourselves arguing about elevators rather than establishing true unity; meaning its hard for the groups and labels and movements to work as a collective because of how the booking, retail and distribution work beneath the surface. Being a collective has reached its all time low, like activism.... And its easy for artists to be a conscious music alternative and not have conscious truly green business practices... We are seeking an audience that can be presented to our artists in time, to help them evolve passed the current situation of corporate invasion that shapes how the subcultures have to work. We need places for them to perform and gather, out side of the bar scene which is their only income, coffee houses and community centers have mostly closed down. We work with yoga studios to create new potentials but most of the yoga communities have lost their abilities to deal with the difficult truths the ghetto artists present in their arts. Yoga wouldn't have made it to this country if it wasn't for our female activists from the sixties, but govt and media has conditioned people away from activism and away from wanting to know the truth....

Get involved has always been the message, we did and now we ask where do we go from here? Please advise..

Should we get stuck on elevators or shold we go through the doors of of unity, heart and love?

God is not looking for a perfectly mental answer, he is looking for sincerity, compassion and adjustment to others as our rent for our space on earth.

Come on you break for news guys...

Come on!

I found this Posted by BRUCE GEORGE
He said, "My calling in life is to serve to those in struggle. I was ordained to reach as much, teach as much, do as much for those who are open to receiving what I have to give. This doesn't always have to equate to money. It can be your time and energy."

I feel like Concrete Core Chris is much like that, just a person doing his best from the heart....

I told bruce, "Wow, we are really happy to read that dude!

I posted the worst song on the album by our some of our favorite artists, and you can find it in our profile page too.. (But check out the links and video for the next level stuff...

But check then out here, at their home page too...
http://www.head-roc.com/negrophobia_mp3/Head-Roc_Chris_Columbus.mp3

And check the video I posted by them at break for news... Its the second video, by Head Roc
http://breakfornews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4751

My name is Martel, and my calling is much like yours Bruce, very near it if not the same...

Maybe we could work interdependently, to help the conscious hip hop crowd get some good things up and rolling....

People are always helping out those who are way out there... But what about the conscious collective, who are doing good things but are never funded or supported by the corporations because they deal with difficult truths?"

http://thepeoplepowernetwork.ning.com/video/forward-bends-advanced

I suggest these forward bends to the artists when they tour...

I think you guys could also benefit from a little air...

After some amazing forward bends you will be more relaxed and able to think better, you won't get so caught up in the little stuff. These Hatha Yoga Asanas develop patience, inner harmony and flexibility. They tone the inner organs and improve the digestive fire. These Asanas are performed by Narayani, coauthor of "Sivananda Companion to Yoga", advanced Yoga practicioner and Yoga Master based in London, age 59. Demonstration in Yoga Vidya Ashram Germany. Without explanations - you can learn by doing. Narayani is one of the most popular teachers at Yoga Vidya Ashram Germany. www.en.yoga-vidya.org

PostPosted: Sat Dec 13, 2008 6:06 am    Post subject: Wow it looks like Fintan arrived at a conclusion Reply with quote

He said, "Quote:
Christophera Said:
"This is really about cores and not elevators."

Fintan Said, 'I disagree. This is about elevators, because they have to fit into
the core along with stairwells, etc..... and along with a concrete core.

So in the light of this we need to revisit Gamolon's arguments on this.

I've posted about this already last month in this thread:

Quote:
.......there is one issue, which I think could be definitive.

That's the issue of the lobby and the elevators found there.
The question of arrangement and access and function at lobby level.

Either the lobby core did have sufficient room for a strong concrete
core, along with all the elevator structures and access --or it didn't.

I would like the participants to revisit that issue.

Because I think the concrete core theory would fall
if the detractors were proven right on that question alone,
so that's an area in need of a close focus.

http://breakfornews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=51832#51832

This is also about something else besides elevators and cores.

It's about cedibility.

I interviewed you because your view of the WTC structure and collapse
was different from the 9/11 Truth consensus. And we have good reason
to suspect the 9/11 consensus due to both incompetence and cointelpro.

Following that you have had ample oportunity to debate the issue here.

But that process of debate also bears on the credibility of the debators.
In the way criticism is handled and in the way substantive issues are
dealt with. I believe you have steadily shredded your credibility, with
this issue being just the last in a long sequence.

The 'Truth' of 9/11 is more important than the individuals pursuing it."

I can't believe he said that about "Criticism"..... I have seen Chris handle criticism by people on and on that was all coming at him as total negative energy...... After putting up with that for so long, I am sure Chris gets knocked around by it a little here and there, maybe in ways that make him human. But its much harder to speak up for truth than it is to be negative about anything that sounds different.

I am not sure why those dudes against Chris were allowed to take things into such a negative vibe in the first place....

PostPosted: Sat Dec 13, 2008 6:59 am    Post subject: THE MEDIUM IS THE MESSAGE Reply with quote

Herbert Marshall McLuhan, always the man of the moment, is perhaps most remembered for his statement made in the 1960’s that “the medium is the message.”

The seed of that statement contains the kernel of truth for all mediums and messages, revealing the yin/yang nature and relationship of both.

But that kernel did not sprout until the birth and subsequent development of what has now come to be known as “INTERDEPENDENT HIP HOP.” The message of INTERDEPENDENT hip hop, seemly so disparate and contradictory at times, is none other than the ever-present, spoken, song or silent, expression of the essential medium of all experience - - the human heart.

Hip Hop(e), when undressed and unmasked, is none other than sincerity itself. It is quintessential sincerity clothed in the robe of human experience, crowned with the hope of all who cry out for justice and a future of interdependent existence - - where not only every being, but every experience, thought, sound, touch, taste, and consciousness itself is seen as wonderfully interdependent - - and treated with the care and dignity which should be afforded to each and every infinite manifestation of life; formed or formless.

We at Namasteezy have struggled since our inception, with the attempt to refine and purify our message. Each and every time we have done so, we have never been able to hold on to the then most recent version of that message. And now we know why, because “we,” all of us - - the “medium” of human experience itself - - is that message; and is constantly, wonderfully, and miraculously being expressed not only with, but also between, each breath we as individuals and the planet takes. And not just this planet, we call “earth,” but the entire dancing galaxies of endless star systems, the only seeming limitation of which is a reflection of our one “mind.”

After having thus struggled, and sweat “blood,” we now lie exhausted and at the same time blissfully free. For we have come to realize, through this process itself, that if the message of Hip Hop is to be perfected (which actually means wholly completed), it will only be so in that moment where “all possible expression of the infinite range of human experience” happens simultaneously.

We have been blessed with the guidance of seeing that this seemingly impossible moment is actually the reality of our happening, all of our happenings; and although at the beginning of our search for truth we viewed our attempt to achieve the perfect Hip Hop message as a problem, we now see, through the miracle of life itself, that not only is the medium the message, but the problem is the solution.

Marshall McLuhan also said that the “answers are always inside the problem, not outside.” We have learned that the “problem” or the “question” is the solution or answer, in a form, the main import of which, is signifying that the person or persons facing the problem or asking the question are qualified or ready to see the solution or receive the answer.

There is no path to perfection other than the perfection or completion of our own beings; and inevitably this will involve sincere or pure expression of body, speech or mind. The secret of that purity, that total, unmixed, unadulterated, and ultimately undifferentiated (in truth) expression, is that although it must, of necessity, arise from and traverse the path of all our idiosyncrasies, differences, and infinitely seemingly separate experiences - - it is only perfected in the moment in which all the distinctions disappear into and evolve out of the equanimity of the eternal, ever present and unperturbed penetrating moment of heart/mind livingness from and through which all of us are protected by the never ending shower of blessings.

It is the expression of that eternal and complete moment, the endlessly recurring marriage of the birth and completion of all experience that we here at Namasteezy are seeking, through Hip Hop. We have also come to realize that it can only happen when we and all others are joined together in that moment.

While this may not be physically possible, we know it can and will happen, for perfection, again, means “completion,” and all processes naturally seek and evolve into and out of completion - - not in the sense of measurements such as time, but because that ever present moment of eternal sameness is the amniotic fluid of all life.

We want to swim in that environment and are, and have been, ready to do so for quite some time now.

Will you join us? We are seeking to join with others, in and through the process of this unfoldment as it reveals its magically evolving presence. We ask you to take hold our outstretched hand, of our hearts and minds, and dance with us.

We want to dance through Hip Hop into the unfoldment of perfection itself. We invite you to participate with us. The moment you choose to do so, on whatever level you desire or are able, it will no longer be “us” and “you” - - but just “us.” Then step by step, we want to increase that “us” until there will simply be left the purity of the eternal moment of love itself, from which again all diversity will continue to be reflected and supported.

We know that this is not only possible, but that it happens, unnoticed, every day. Men and women on frontiers, whether of time or space, abandon their previous identities. And when you are on the phone, radio or on the air, you have no body.

Further thoughts:

Other quotes by Marshall McLuhan:

“The story of modern America begins with the discovery of the white man by
The NATIVE AMERICANS.” [Give this, and the following, some thought in the context of Hip Hop]

“With telephone and TV it is not so much the message as the sender that is
‘sent.’”

“Money is the poor man’s credit card.”

“We look at the present through a rear-view mirror. We march backwards into
the future.”

“You mean my whole fallacy’s wrong?”

When you are on the phone or on the air, you have no body.

“All advertising advertises advertising.”

“This information is top security. When you have read it, destroy yourself.”

“One of the nicest things about being big is the luxury of thinking little.”

“In big industry new ideas are invited to rear their heads so they can be clobbered at once. The idea department of a big firm is a sort of lab for isolating dangerous viruses.”

“When a thing is current, it creates currency.”

“Men on frontiers, whether of time or space, abandon their previous identities. Neighborhood gives identity. Frontiers snatch it away.”
