After 25 years of "AID$"$cam - not to mention "birdflu" - I have no more trust in the medical establishment or anything it does or says.

None

P.S. I'm also saving a lot of money and worry.

The whole medical profession - except for the people that patch you up when you get a broken leg or you have a pumbling problem - is really fucked. It's just a bunch of people that have become socially important and very rich by thinking about the fact that they might be able to cure the diseases that actually cause people in our society to die. And they can't do shit about it. It's scary, that's what it is."

Does anyone know what a "pumbling problem" is?

the role of a doctor is to keep his patient amused while the body heals itself.

I'm embarassed to say that after 52 years of exuberant existance--football, wrestling, skiing, etc... I've finally broken a bone. In my hand. In the most humiliating fashion.

I've resisted the impulse to find a 'Dr' to help me cure, and am entering the third week of self therapy. I MAY find a reason to consult an alopath sometime in my life. But I doubt it.

I took a minor spill on my motorcycle in 1985 and went to the finest hospital in Santa Monica California about the intense pain in my toe. Was told that it was fractured and would have to be put in a cast. Wore the cast for the time ordered. Today, the toe is bent out of alignment.

Maybe I should have just left it alone to heal by itself.

Perhaps "pumbling problem" should be "plumbing problem", meaning heart disease.

Hey truthseeker, are you the truthseeker of http://www.newaidsreview.org ?

I have a suspicion that the whole 'heart disease' deal is also one major $cam.

Everyone arrives on this earth - and leaves this earth - at the exact moment that 'it is written'.

And not one minute earlier or later.

I've not seen that site, Jeroen. But I suppose the handle I chose here is common enough on various forums. I'm known elsewhere as Eric, my given name.

That was discussed in this thread in which you also participated. In a sense it's a bigger scam than aids in that its true cause has been known twice as long (and more money is involved). However, to obviously poison people to death under the pretext of providing life extension, must be one of the biggest lies in medical history. Btw, since you're a native speaker I'll assume that my interpretation of "pumbling problem" is the correct one (sigh).

At least the aids scam has brought about some interesting scientific questions, like: which viruses actually do exist? The evolution of ecologist Stefan Lanka is telling:
Quote:
When I started doing viral research, it was already 1986, 1987, just when the public in Germany and Europe was starting to become aware of AIDS. Because AIDS was supposedly caused by a virus, I was automatically considered a specialist in the AIDS field. In the beginning, this was a nice feeling. I was telling people what I heard from the mass media and the TV, and I was not checking the evidence because everybody was convinced AIDS was a viral disease.

But he soon finds out that hiv does not exist. In 1995, Lanka probably still believes the common cold is caused by a virus:
Quote:
That article displayed two electron micrographs of properly isolated viruses: Lanka's ectocarpus siliculosis [a virus Lanka isolated from algae], and adenovirus type 2 (which cause common colds).
http://www.virusmyth.net/aids/data/ppisolation.htm

In an undated interview, Lanka states that the flu virus is not pathogenic:
Quote:
D. What can you say about the flu virus?
R. This virus exists. It was isolated. It seems to help disperse damaged tissues.
http://digilander.libero.it/controinfoaids/Update%2004-06/Interview%20to%20Stefan%20Lanka.htm

And then in 2005...
Quote:
Structures which you can characterize as viruses exist in many species of bacteria and in simple life forms, similar to bacteria. [...] In complex organisms however, in particular in humans, or in animals or plants, such structures which you might call viruses have never been seen.

Another interesting question concerns the cause of cancer. Duesberg says cancer is caused by an abnormal number of chromosomes, but, more interesting I think, is the theory of Heinrich Kremer, in which he combines evolutionary insights and the latest findings of molecular biology.
