I just saw this yesterday. It sad that some of the outcomes could be predicted. It speaks to the degresation of our societal expectations. And the sad part is we allow ourselves and the media to both be programmed and to programming or reactions respectively. The biggest reason I don't own and rarely watch television. _________________ Today is the Tomorrow I waited for Yesterday

Reminds me of an exchange I encountered recently:
Man 1: Nice Dodge!
Man 2(angry):WTF is that supposed to mean?
Man 1: I mean your car is nice...it's a nice car.
Man2(confused...still angry): That's what I fucking thought.
Also, I was in the parking lot of
a big unnamed chain department store
and an old black woman hit the side
of my car with her door. Barely made a
scratch but she got out with such a look of fear
on her face, as if I was going to beat her down
or sue her...she already had her insurance information ready.
I simply erupted in a shit-eating
grin and said: "Life is beautiful! Think I give a fuck?"
We both had a good laugh after that about how silly
society has become on a community level.
