As today's protest march kicks off there are reports of
a heavy security forces/militia presence on the streets.
--Basij Islamic militia deploying across Tehran
--Iranian riot police blocking off the area where protestors had planned to rally.
--Firetrucks blocking off Revolution Square

revolution.
It's impossible for any groups of people to get through these to Enghelab Square and hold their demonstration. |
