We are proposing, along with Pitkanin and Sidorov, that the Schumann Resonance may be the substrate for a radar-type extrasensory perception mechanism common to all living beings.

This interference pattern is a composite of external and internal properties, as the constituent atoms, molecules and their global assembly all re-transmit this energy according to their specific configurations. Not only that, but the “sounding waves” can be frequency and pattern modulated by conscious intent in order to yield specific information (interference patterns). Decoded by the brain they return almost instantly on the “back” of the Schumann Resonance.

Once recaptured, the patterns are then decoded by the brain. In this Fourier-type transformation the information is translated into conscious data, much like other sensory processing. Conversely, specific effects may be imprinted as bio-information and made to exercise a "mysterious action at a distance", once the signal wave reaches the target.

That pattern, in turn, may, under the right ("pre-requisite") global conditions, avoid routine dissipation and become instead coupled to the dominating ("state-of-consciousness") standing wave that is picked up and carried by the Schumann resonance. Mental intent may function as a variable window of transmission/reception in the exchange of extrasensory information. Tuned into the Schumann resonance, it may carry such bio-regulating information to distant targets and act as a primitive, radar-type sensory interface.

All these and more mechanisms depend on the SR frequencies staying within their median range.

The rhythm of life has evolved at an even tempo for epochs. We live in a complex matrix of oscillating fields; the tiniest fluctuations in one interlocked field carry over perturbations into others.

We all march to the cadence of this cosmic drummer -- our planetary heartbeat, which sets the tempo for health and well-being. Damaging this planetary pacemaker could spell doom for life as we know it. In the name of progress and defense, this pacemaker is now threatened, while vast amounts of public money are spent on this atmospheric exploitation.

This environmental rhythm -- the fundamental driving system for all life on our small blue planet -- is jeopardized by human manipulations of the ionosphere, such as HAARP. Some physicists have gone so far as to identify the upper atmosphere as essentially “alive,” transmitting a type of consciousness to all living things. It is dangerous to fool with Mother Nature as the results of ozone depletion and other ecological calamities have shown.

The range of SR frequencies are related mathematically, but are not true harmonics. Perhaps it is closer to think of SR as the “Voice of the Planet,” rather than its heartbeat, which is around the 10Hz. Cycle (Lonetree). There is a harmonic relationship between the earth and our mind/bodies. Earth's low frequency isoelectric field, the magnetic field of the earth, and the electrostatic field that emerges from our bodies are closely interwoven.

Our internal rhythms interact with external rhythms, affecting our balance, REM patterns, health, and mental focus. SR waves probably help regulate our bodies' internal clocks, affecting sleep/dream patterns, arousal patterns, and hormonal secretion.

The rhythms and pulsations of the human brain mirror those of the resonant properties of the terrestrial cavity, which functions as a waveguide. This natural frequency pulsation is not a fixed number, but an average of global readings, much like EEG is an average of brainwave readings.

SR actually fluctuates, like brainwaves, due to geographical location, lightning, solar flares, atmospheric ionization and daily cycles.

Kindling is a term applied, in particular, to the entrainment of neurons in the brain. They are ignited in coherent global patterns producing larger waves across a greater surface of the brain. It becomes obvious that in deep meditation, when waves of alpha and theta rhythms cascade across the entire brain, it is possible for the human being and the planet to come into resonance. There is a transfer of energy and information, which is embedded in a field rather than being a field. Perhaps the planet communicates with us in this primal language of frequencies.

Ample anthropological evidence shows that humans have intuitively synchronized with the planetary resonance throughout human history and back into the mists of time. There is cross-cultural evidence demonstrating a variety of ritualistic practices that enhance this harmonization with the planetary field. Perhaps the most obvious "drivers" of these trance states are shamanic drumming and trance dance, arguably employed for over 50,000 years. Pulsing or flickering light is another driver. A further example comes from use in both the Jewish and Muslim faiths of bobbing and swaying while praying or reading holy books.

Further research on these electromagnetic relationships is essential, perhaps even to our psychophysical survival as a species. They affect our minds, the cellular and genetic structure of our bodies, our sleep and dream cycles, our emotions, perhaps even our spirit. Monitoring and collating these effects of atmospheric tampering and their potential influence on the ionosphere and SR, therefore human brainwaves and health, should be continued.

The organization of all biological systems is established by complex electrodynamic fields. We are fundamentally electromagnetic, rather than chemical beings. Wave interaction is a key determinant of biological structure and optimal functioning. Biosystems are sensitive to natural and artificial electromagnetic fields. Perturbations in environmental fields can induce changes in organisms informed by those fields. Field frequencies and amplitudes affect our biodynamic state.

ELF frequencies of Schumann's Resonance are intimately linked with those of human brainwaves. Natural or artificially induced changes in SR could affect subtle and perhaps gross brainwave generation. In particular, it could lead to changes in patterns and frequencies of resonance and resulting phenomena such as homeostasis, REM, psi, and healing.

For a decade, Robert Beck researched the brain wave activity of healers from all cultures and religious backgrounds (he enumerates psychics, shamans, dowsers, Christian healers, seers, ESP readers, kahuna, Santeria, wicca practitioners and others). Independent of their belief systems, each exhibited "nearly identical EEG signatures" during their "healing" moments: a 7.8-8Hz brainwave activity, which lasted from one to several seconds and which was "phase and frequency-synchronized with the earth's geoelectric micropulsations - the Schumann resonance".

Liquid crystals (DNA, brain ventricles, and cellular structures) in the human body may operate as antennae for detecting and decoding such global and local ELF signals.

In 1952, German physicist named W. O. Schumann, playing around with math as physicists are prone to do, postulated that the earth - being a good conductor - was surrounded by a good dielectric called air and around this is another layer of a good conductor know as the ionosphere, the Heaviside Layer, and that this constitutes a potentially resonant system. That means that any energy trapped in this earth-ionosphere cavity - like lightning storms, etc., - will cause it to ring like a bell. But the surprise was that this signal frequency was the identical spectrum of human brain waves.

This publication, which is the Journal of Research of the National Bureau of Standards, Division of Radio Propagation, (p3, Vol. #66, May-June 1962); tells of one of the early efforts where a government study, granted to Drs. Koch and Pitchum at the University of Rhode Island, had made recordings of the earth's brain wave; and those of you who know anything about Encephalography could almost diagnose the patient by these little squiggles. They look identical to human brain waves!

We're reading the Magnetic H-wave which is the psychoactive component. Any radio propagation wave has three components: the E-wave which can be picked up by an antenna, the electro-static component, and the magnetic component - the vector is 90 degrees at right angles to it.

So we built apparatus to test the thesis: There are certain people walking among us today - perhaps one person in three thousand - who by dent of heredity, or training, meditation, or whatever it might be, is able to tune in to this magnetic component which is down around one micro-gauss, one millionth of a gauss. Somehow they latch on to this cosmic carrier of information and transduce it into paranormal "seeing" ability.

If we look at these curves at 8 Hz, 7.8 Hz, there is a tremendous node in the earth's brain wave. There's another one at about 14 Hz, etc. The same numbers which you get at the alpha-beta border, the alpha wave, beta etc. Man is a bio-cosmic resonator.

Now what are some of the factors which can alter human moods if this thesis is correct? Sunspot activity. Recall how solar flare activity totally disrupts radio communication on this planet? It also changes the frequency of the Schumann wave. Lunar tides. The same gravity forces that cause tides in our oceans de-tunes the earth’s ionosphere cavity slightly, changing its frequency.

What if the ancient people realised that on certain days of the year, (the solstices, the equinoxes, etc.), these frequencies change? And what if the priesthood decided to build observatories like Stonehenge and the ones all over Central and South America, Europe and England - to predict these so the people could be either freed or implanted all over again?

Now man is unique in that the RNA in his brain has a dielectric constant (K) of 140,000. That one little cell, out of billions and billions in your cerebral cortex, can approach the liquid crystal boundaries. It's a quantum transducer that will respond to coherent energies in the neighbourhood of one hundredth of a micro-gauss. We are incredibly complex bio-cosmic transducers; and the things that we have been calling mind, or occult, or what have you, are today surrendering to scientific research on a rational basis. It means that we have within us probably one of the most sensitive quadruple-conversion superheterodyne receivers that's ever been developed; and that we can respond to energy levels that almost appear paranormal.

A few German physicists were looking into the possibility that this may have been the mechanism that we have lived with for thousands of years. The name of the paper is "The Biological Effect of Extremely Low Frequencies in the Atmosphere". In other words, if we live in a natural ELF environment could this possibly be the key and mechanism for mass accidents, mass suicides, etc.?

Okay, now it gets really interesting. Socio-political mass disturbances, 1923 to 1927, in Europe, related to Full Moon axis. Remember, the full moon modifies the tides. It modifies these frequencies. In this case the ties are in the Ionosphere and the Heaviside Layer and their position above the earth. What if we could manipulate this? Whole populations would be subject.

Our first attempt at manufacturing psychics and radionics operators and healers was to put these little light bulbs in an empty eyeglass frame. On the left is an incandescent bulb and on the right is a little cold cathode indicator, like on your FM radio tuner. We flashed these little lights in real time to the Schumann resonance (we picked the Schumann resonance up on a coil), filtered out everything except that wave to which the psychics would entrain and fed them this little flickering light.

The next thing was that the power grid was identified as the source of the signal. Any high school kid can tell you that any long wire hanging out there in space can act as antenna and pick up all the other signals that are being transmitted and re-radiate them.

The growl was because we have a voltage control or rather the VFO on the receiver. That was at 5.340 MegaHertz, and we were listening to; in other words, since you cannot hear the fundamental ELF wave, we have the local oscillator running on the superheterodyne receiver. The attenuation rate of this signal will go around the earth 4.5 times before it is down a half of its original value. Nikola Tesla was right. With some of these frequencies you can excite the earth ionosphere cavity, as though it is a huge bell, and ring it!

The Harmonic Conquest of Space

Finally, after years of work, I discovered that I could formulate a series of harmonic unified equations which indicated that the whole of physical reality was in fact manifested by a complex pattern of interlocking wave-forms. I gradually found that the harmonic values could be applied to all branches of scientific research and atomic theory.

It was only a matter of time before I realised that the energy network formed by the grid was already known to a powerful group of international interests and scientists. The harmonic value of 3928371 is of extreme importance as it has a direct relationship with the Earth’s magnetic field. The harmonic 648 also has many interesting associations, in particular the harmonic table for temperature.

The only way to traverse the vast distances of space is to possess the means of manipulating, or altering, the very structure of space itself—altering the space-time geometric matrix which, to us, provides the illusion of form and distance. The method of achieving this lies in the alteration of the frequencies controlling the matter-antimatter cycles that govern our awareness or perception of position in the space-time structure. Time itself is a geometric, just as Einstein postulated it.

The Earth is simply a huge magnet, a dynamo, wound with magnetic lines of force as its coils, tenescopically counted to be --- to the square centimetre in one direction, and 1850 to the square centimetre in the other direction (eddy currents).

The spectroscope shows that there is an enormous magnetic field around the Sun, and it is the present conclusion of the best minds that magnetic lines of force from the Sun envelop the Earth and extend to the Moon, and that everything, no matter what its form on this planet, exists by reason of magnetic lines of force.

It appears now that the magnetic field strengths and areas change in conjunction with the light and gravity factors according to the change in latitude on the Earth’s surface. During these changes, the harmonic relationships remain constant.

The whole system of universal harmonics is based on the geometrics of the circle, the circumference of which can be divided by its radius into six equal parts. Therefore six is the fundamental harmonic of all circular and spherical forms, and basic values can be shifted up or down this harmonic scale by multiplying or dividing by this number

In my earlier publications I demonstrated how a third harmonic equation could be formulated by use of what I thought, at the time, to be a constant speed of light factor at the Earth’s surface. I have now discovered that the speed of light is not a constant, and that different values, within a set range, can be entered into the equation which will give particular harmonic results.

The previous speed of light harmonic reciprocal of 695 published in my books was within about 5/100,000,000 of the true value of gravity acceleration in geometric terms.

It was becoming obvious now that gravity and the so-called speed of light were harmonic reciprocals of each other. As gravity increased, the speed of light decreased, and vice versa. Light was therefore not a speed in the true sense. It is an acceleration or deceleration according to geometric position.

During my years of research into the complexities of the Earth grid system, I have gradually built up a picture in my mind of the possible geometric combinations necessary to form matter from resonating, interlocking wave-forms.

Matter and antimatter are formed by the same wave-motions in space. The waves travel through space in a spiralling motion, and alternately pass through positive and negative stages. Matter is formed through the positive stage, or pulse, and antimatter through the negative pulse. Each spiral of 360° forms a single pulse. The period or frequency rate between each pulse of physical matter creates the measurement that we call time, as well as the speed of light, at the particular position in space of which we are aware at any given moment.

If the frequency rate of positive and negative pulses is either increased or decreased, then time and the speed of light vary in direct proportion. This concept would explain time as a geometric, as Einstein theorised it to be.

What actually happens is that the radius of the spiralling motion is increased or decreased in order to absorb or release the energy imparted to, or removed from, the atomic structure. If the energy is imparted, then the electron must extend orbit in order to maintain balance in the system, and vice versa. Light, or any other radiant energy above or below light frequency, is therefore manifested by undetectable changes in the radius of the spiral motion of the electron during the antimatter cycle.

As my own research has shown me that physical reality is manifested by the harmonic nature of light, it appears logical that a vehicle constructed to the principles of harmonics will be required to set up the space-time fields necessary. If this is so, then the first criterion will be that the vehicle must resonate in perfect harmony with the complete table of elements in our physical Universe. If it does not, then it would be more than probable that any element or particle of matter not in harmonic resonance within the vehicle structure or payload would be left behind when the space-time field was activated. The results would be embarrassing, to say the least.

It would be impractical to construct a vehicle made from an alloy of the whole range of 144 elements in the theoretical atomic table. Apart from this, such an alloy is no doubt a physical impossibility.

The clue which suggests a method of overcoming this problem is the way that matter is built up in octaves of wave-forms. If an octave of elements could be combined which would set up a resonating field tuned to all the elements in the table and the unified fields of space, then maybe we would have a method of crashing the time barrier. I put forward the following proposal for consideration. If an octave of elements is the answer, let us make a selection from the theoretical table of 144. If we divide 144 by 8, we get divisions of 18 units, therefore we will select each of the elements we require, 18 units apart.

It can be seen that the total harmonic value of the atomic numbers of the combined elements is 648. The square root of this number is 25.455844, the harmonic of which is found in the polar sections of the world grid system. The harmonic 25455844 is also directly associated with the Earth’s magnetic field. Three new elements, recently discovered, have atomic numbers of 116, 124 and 126.What we now need are numbers 108 and 144

A special U.S. program significantly linked to a Canadian Government UFO investigation has just been discovered by a NICAP technical advisor. Entitled “Project Magnet,” this carefully unpublicized program is a worldwide operation using specially equipped Constellations, non-uniformed pilots and civilian scientists.

Existence of the U.S. Project magnet was first discovered by NICAP Advisor Robert C. Beck, former Lockheed flight test engineer, now president of an electronics and photographic company. Mr. Beck also secured the following pictures.

Each of the project Super Constellations is equipped with highly sensitive magnetometers to detect unusual magnetic variations, not only irregularities from the earth’s magnetic field, but also magnetic forces from any sources above the earth. It was this later type of magnetic interference which Wilbert Smith and his associate engineers believed a result of sustained UFO operations over certain areas.

One important result from the U.S. program has been the discovery of peculiar magnetic forces from above the Key-West Caribbean area. Though no connection has been proved, this is the area where unexplained interference with aircraft compasses was reported by Navy flight leader shortly before his five-plane formation vanished.

If no other agency is concerned, it could mean that the Navy, barred by the AF from routine UFO evidence, has launched its own program to discover how UFO are powered and controlled, and if they are able to interfere with earth-made aircraft. The project may also involve gravity research, since according to Einstein's Field Theory electricity, magnetism and gravity are all the same force, but in different forms.

Note: The equipment used in the flying Saucer observatory set up by Wilbert Smith in 1953 had according to one inner circle member, one piece of state-of-the-art equipment -- a state-of-the-art magnetometer.

The U.S. Naval Oceanographic Office has confirmed the existence of Project Magnet, an “Airborne Geomagnetic Survey,” as an unclassified project allegedly not related to UFO investigation. This precessional movement causes Earth's polar axis, and Earth's equatorial plane, to wobble in an approximate period of 23,000 to 26,000 years with respect to two other astrophysical planes: the ecliptic plane and the galactic plane.

The ecliptic plane, commonly referred to as the "Ecliptic of the Sun," is created by Earth's annual orbit around the Sun. The ecliptic plane or "Solar Ring of Power" is the most significant plane in the Heavens. This plane is a primary energy field for Earth - where occurs equinoxes, solstices, solar and lunar eclipses, and all other planetary and stellar alignments that we demonstrably experience in everyday life.

The ecliptic plane is the mediating plane between Earth's equatorial plane and our galaxy's equatorial plane. The ecliptic plane, or solar plane, is the plane of the soul, where as Earth's equatorial plane is that of the incarnate personality. The ecliptic plane provides the stage upon which takes place the Erection of the Holy Cross, and the timing for the evolutionary unfoldment of souls incarnating on Earth.

Just as Earth nests within our solar system, so, too, does our solar system nest safely within the care of our galaxy. The ecliptic plane lies at a unique angle in our galaxy, tilted and nesting within our galactic plane. The galactic plane is the disc of our whirling galaxy. The galactic plane provides the greater evolutionary context for the incarnating soul participating on Earth's experiential plane.

These three intersecting astrophysical planes, the galactic plane, the ecliptic plane, and the Earth's equatorial plane, all tilted at unique angles to one another, create the geometric orientation of the two intersecting lines or cross members of the Holy Cross. Due to Earth's precessional wobble, and the subsequent wobble of Earth's Celestial Equatorial Plane, one cross member rotates around the ecliptic ring while the other remains stationary--creating the ~25,000 year "Cycle of the Holy Cross." The timing of this cyclic movement determines when the moving cross member is perpendicular to the stationary one, thus creating the perfect or erect cross. There are two erect crosses occurring in the cycle, both create primary transition points in the cycle and in our evolutionary unfoldment.

The revelation of the Cycle of the Holy Cross transcends the past and the future, uniting the esoteric teachings of ancient secret religious orders and the quantum science of today's world. No matter how many vimanas (airships) come to light from Hindu, Brahmin, Sanskrit and Pali literature, the secret of the power that moved them silently or musically, or with a mighty roar, is still denied us.

Where can we search for a force that will carry a great aerial construction immense distances and to vast heights, without the use of fuel? Whoever heard of getting something for nothing - of power without loss or expenditure?

Overlooked in all the hustle and bustle with which Progress is progressing on its way, a lone inventor named John Worrell Keely, of Philadelphia, Pa., rediscovered this lost power and gave it the name `Dynaspheric Force.'

Keely stated that, while investigating the magnetic forces flowing between the Earth's two poles, he had discovered that `corpuscles of matter could be divided by vibration' and that he could apply this principle to drive a motor.

Strangely enough, the key seems to be that in normal large-scale magnets, like poles REPEL, however in micro-magnets, like poles ATTRACT. These tiny micro-magnets can be induced to flow in a POLAR and preferred direction to produce negation of weight.

The Neutral Centre

Mr. Keely illustrates his idea of "a neutral centre" in this way:

"We will imagine that, after an accumulation of a planet of any diameter - say, 20,000 miles more or less, for the size has nothing to do with the problem - there should be a displacement of all the material, with the exception of a crust 5000 miles thick, leaving an intervening void BETWEEN this crust and a centre of the size of an ordinary billiard ball, it would then require a force AS GREAT TO MOVE THIS SMALL CENTRAL MASS AS IT WOULD TO MOVE THE SHELL OF 5000 miles thickness.

Moreover, this small central mass would carry the load of this crust for ever, keeping it EQUI-DISTANT; and there could be no opposing power, HOWEVER GREAT, that could bring them together. The imagination staggers in contemplating the immense load WHICH BEARS UPON THIS POINT OF CENTRE, WHERE WEIGHT CEASES. This is what we understand by a neutral centre."

The Standing Wave of Matter

It is the flow of this aether/zpe as one or more frequencies into matter, where it is REFLECTED FROM THE CENTER to phase conjugate with incoming aether/zpe.

The Neutral Centre can best be visualized as a drain through which Aether continually flows. The volume of the Aetheric flows throughout a structure are determined by the size of the Neutral Centre opening, exactly like increasing or decreasing the size of the drain in a tank of water. Control of the flow of Aether through this drain therefore determines the density and weight of a mass aggregation. The character, signature or virtual state pattern of the mass aggregation determines the nature of the interferences which present themselves to the flow of Aether into the Neutral Centre.

This mass nature not only determines what the elemental structure of a mass aggregation will be but also the properties exhibited. By altering the frequencies and phase relationships of a mass, we can change the weight, density and nature of the mass by reducing or increasing the Neutral Centre opening to the flow of Aether. Aether flow into a mass aggregate neutral center can effectively 'capture' other mass aggregations, causing them to be caught in the greater flow, to create what is called 'gravity'.

In that reading, they note two particles; the smallest particles there are: The ANUs; of two spin-varieties: One that spins inward, drawing in aether; the other, outward, spitting out aether...

This statement gives another of Keely's discoveries to the world, viz, that molecular dissociation does not create energy, as men have asserted Keely has claimed, but supplies it in unlimited quantities, as the product of the latent energy accumulated in molecular aggregation.

We know that science denies the divisibility of atoms, but Keely affirms and demonstrates that all corpuscules of matter may be divided and subdivided by a certain order of vibration.

The positive vibrations are the radiating or propulsive; the negative vibrations are the ones that are attracted towards the neutral centre. The action of the magnetic flow is dual in its evolutions, both attractive and propulsive. The sound vibrations of themselves have no power whatever to induce dissociation, even in its lowest form.

Certain differential, dual, triple and quadruple chords give introductory impulses which excite an action on molecular masses, liquid and gaseous, that increase their range of molecular motion and put them in that receptive state for sympathetic vibratory interchange which favours molecular disintegration; then, as I have shown, the diatonic enharmonic is brought into play, which further increases the molecular range of motion beyond fifty per cent of their diameters, when molecular separation takes place, giving the tenuous substance that is necessary to induce progressive subdivision.

This molecular gaseous substance, during its evolution, assumes a condition of high rotation in the sphere or tube in which it has been generated, and becomes itself the medium, with the proper excitors, for further progressive dissociation. The excitors include an illuminated revolving prism, condensor, and coloured lenses, with a capped glass tube strong enough to carry a pressure of at least one thousand pounds per square inch. To one of these caps a sectional wire of platinum and silver is attached; the other cap is attached to the tube, so screwed to the chamber as to allow it to lead to the neutral centre of said chamber.

Prior to meeting Wally Chariton, I had read his book the TEXAS AIRSHIP MYSTERY and got to thinking about practical methods to duplicate many of the airship sightings.

After generating this file, I gave him a copy to see what he thought about it. We also discussed Keely and other flight possiblities. Wally said he "wished he had known all this BEFORE writing his book" and he would have included much of it as additional information in his book.

Observations about possible technologies used in the 1897 airships.

There are several different modes of flight covered in the combined case histories of these mystery airships.

1) The Winged airship - uses wings which flap to provide lift as well as propulsion and steering

2) The Gas airship - uses a form of gasbag for lift and wings or propellers for propulsion and steering

3) The Aero airship - uses a sophisticated type of air moving engine in conjunction with the aerodynamic shape of the ship for both lift and propulsion

4) The Magnetic airship - uses an unknown form of magnetic, Aether or neutral center technology for lift and propulsion

What we find most intriguing is that John W. Keely, namesake of the KeelyNet BBS, had demonstrated a flying machine to the US ARMY in 1893. After the Army turned down Keely' offer of the flying machine, little is mentioned of what happened to it or the research pertaining to it.

Not to add fuel to any conspiracy but we have found something disturbing in regard to the book written by Clara Bloomfield Moore on Keely in the late 1890's. The title is "Aerial Navigation" and was intended to promote Keely's concepts PARTICULARLY in regard to the system of flight as evinced by the title.

Through the gracious sharing of Mr. Victor Hansen, we were allowed to copy THE MISSING CHAPTERS of the book, which were INTENTIONALLY REMOVED from a re-issued version of the book sometime in the very late 1890's or early 1900's. We have no idea who might have done this but it could be reasonably assumed that someone did not want Keely's information in the public eye.

Note that only 4 years after this, the Airship sightings took place with indications of a secret group of investors sponsoring the research and testing as hinted at in some of the pilot interviews. The information gleaned from the interviews with the pilots of these machines provides very little in the way of technical information although what is offered is most tantalizing.

Despite the dated sighting (1897), the surviving information suggests the existence of at least one group of individuals who seem to have kept the technology hidden.

Perhaps the UFO phenomenon is indeed intentional misdirection on the part of these individuals to keep investigators from discovering the true source (and technology) relating to anti-gravity and free energy. Of course, other vested interests might also take actions to suppress such technologies which simply add to the problems.

Speculation can easily run rampant when confronted with information such as this and as shown in the most excellent book "Genesis" by W. A. Harbinson. The book is definitely science fiction yet weaves much of the factual information into an amazing story.

It hints that one of the pilots of the airships giving the name Wilson might have developed a highly sophisticated and secret community which survives even to this day in the frozen wastes of Antarctica.**

Would that Harbinson had information on Keely, he could have easily substituted Keely for Wilson without missing a beat. The analogies are striking. However, Keely is recorded as dying in 1898 although conversations with other Keely researchers speculate on the possibility that he did not die.

For our purposes in this chapter and thereafter, we will replace the unwieldy-sounding term “vacuum domains” with the simpler and more all-inclusive term “consciousness units” or CUs. This term is used to respect the fact that the energy of the universe displays regularized qualities of intelligence based on its level of vibration.

Before all other free-energy researchers we discussed, there was John Ernst Worrell Keely, who performed amazing experiments that showed the connection between aetheric vibrations and sound. He also was not afraid to directly connect his energetic theories with the idea of an Ultimate Being and of the philosophy of love and light as the unifying force in the universe.

Keely indicated that there were three main aetheric forces to deal with: push, pull and stabilize, or as he called them, “tractor,” “pressor” and “dominant.”

What we interpret as “gravity” is the leftover force once the “up” and “down” energy movements have canceled each other out. Keely calls this point of balance the “dominant.”

There is indeed observational evidence to suggest that Keely’s model of gravity is correct. If there wasn’t a constant push-pull of gravity and levity moving between the Earth and the Moon and balancing their positions, they would have crashed into each other long ago. The same is true for the Solar System, where the Sun contains 99.86% of the total mass and yet does not attract the planets into itself. Within the Earth, we now know that normal gravitational force, downwardly directed, is replaced by a reversed upwardly directed force at depths greater than 2,700 kilometers (1,678 miles.)

If you can somehow absorb some of the downward-contracting gravitational force without absorbing the up-pressing “levity” force, then the Earth’s levity will naturally push you away from its surface, thus creating anti-gravity. Within what we have called a polarized CU, the direction that the outside of the torus is rolling will determine which force it absorbs more of.

The two spiraling vortices in the polarized CU will show counter-rotational movement, as this is a requirement for the outside to move in a uniform fashion. The exact center of the CU, therefore, is an area of “zero-spin energy transfer,” where there is no rotation as the clockwise spiral transforms into the counter-clockwise spiral. A diagram from Dr. Richard LeFors Clark shows us how this appears in a bar magnet, and the central area is called a “Bloch Wall.”

John Keely named this area the “Neutral Center,” and tied it in with a metaphysical concept. He believed that all matter, all aether, all Love, all Light, all Life, all the Universe ultimately emanates from this one single point of energy, which can be called God or The One. He also was able to manipulate the position of this center in an object and create anti-gravity and other effects as a result.

Here we summarize the effects of the tractor, pressor and dominant forces, including the idea that as the tractor and pressor forces naturally balance in the “dominant” or stabilizing force, this completes the cycle of matter creation or the “breath of life.”

By concentrating sound pulses directly into the center of an object, “ripples” or “waves” of vibration are created through the object itself, as well as in the aether that forms it. This can form the spherical torus of energy that we have covered in detail so far, leading to the anti-gravity effect without any direct use of electromagnetic fields. Keely demonstrated this principle with a flying craft, which was publicly flown before the United States War Department in 1896.

Dr. Jarl from Sweden was the first foreigner on record to observe the ancient Tibetan practice of ‘acoustic levitation.’ Through a relatively simple setup involving drums and trumpets, giant stones were caused to slowly levitate in a parabolic pattern up to a cliff. This effect is made possible by the qualities we have previously mentioned, and Dr. Jarl’s measurements revealed that all the trumpets and drums were precisely proportioned to the size of the levitating object. Though Dr. Jarl filmed this spectacle on two different occasions just to prove that it was real, the English Society for which Dr. Jarl was working confiscated the two films and declared them classified.

Dan Davidson’s research reveals that the overunity power factor in the Tibetan Acoustic Levitation is 5,250,000 over unity (i.e., 52,500 watts/0.01 watts,) meaning that roughly 5,250,000 times more energy is being used to levitate the stones than is being directly emitted by the drums and trumpets. Bruce Cathie believes that this effect has nothing to do with consciousness, but it could well play a part, given what we know from the studies of Nina Kulagina and others in the laboratory setting.

The idea of a consciousness connection to sound-based levitation processes is further supported by the observation of Keely levitating a four-ton iron sphere. A journalist came to his house and witnessed him wearing a small device attached to a belt with a metallic string coming out of it, which was then attached to the sphere. By adjusting the belt settings and concentrating intensely, Keely was able to get the sphere to levitate, move across the room and then plunge into the ground with evidence of its weight having substantially increased.

The phenomenon of “sonoluminescence” shows that sound energy can produce a trillion times more energy than it naturally exerts in a special laboratory condition. A bubble is suspended in water in the center of a spherical flask by the use of directed sound fields. Once the bubble is suspended, UCLA’s Dr. S. Putterman et al. determined that the internal bubble compresses to 1 / 100,000th of its original size due to the pressure of the sound, during which time light is released. The flash of light is shorter than 100 picoseconds (or trillionths of a second) in duration, vibrating with extreme regularity every 100 millionths of a second. Putterman's studies eventually made it into Scientific American in February 1995.

The adoption of this new material and way of looking at the world will undoubtedly bring many fundamental shifts and changes in science, philosophy, religion and society in general. (They could use a little positive change about now!) The information you are about to read is fundamental to the way the universe works. It is the secret long occulted from view of our human sight. Getting back to the original question of rotation we are obliged to investigate the vortex a bit more. As stated elsewhere the vortex spins resulting in stability along its spin axis. By visualizing three vortices spinning at right angles to each other and sharing the same compound center (the source of sacred seven) we can idealize a very stable construction. In such an object there are three axis of spin and seven poles. This is the core of Keely's ideas about molecules and all other atomic and sub-atomic "particles". The 3-D spinning image shows how this triple spin configuration would look. To see more dimensions simply realize each of the three orbiting "particles" is composed of three smaller "particles", moving in the same way. This triune nested dynamic configuration continues diminishing in size "to infinity" according to Keely. The morphology is the fractalization of nature. The faster the orbits, the smaller the diameter, the higher the frequency and the greater the energy content.

Given all the inertia (equation of forces) generated by such a pattern of motion how could such a fixed object be caused to move? This would be done by an outside sound (harmonically speaking), sympathetic to the chord of the mass, that would induce precession or a periodic yet uniform alignment variation or DESTABILIZATION OF THE AXIS. One pole would "wobble" (precess) much as the earth magnetic pole wobbles around the earth's N-S axis. The resulting motion would look something like a toy top, beginning to topple, slowly gyrating about a moving center AT A DISTANCE from its apparent path. Please keep in mind there are three axis which when affected can cause motion in any direction. These triplet axis have three fundamental pitches (actually nine) which may explain a lot about Keely's generous use of musical triplets, thirds, sixths and ninths.

Physicists have been in the habit of looking upon magnetism as some kind of molecular rotation. According to the present view it is a rectilinear motion. Physicists have been accustomed to look upon the conception of an isolated magnetic pole as an impossibility, but here, while the oscillating sphere represents a magnetic molecule with north and south poles, the pulsating drum represents an isolated pole. These are new conceptions to the physicist, let us see whither they lead us.

The professor shows that if a rectilinear oscillation constitutes magnetism, a circular oscillation must signify an electric current, the axis of oscillation being the direction of the current. According to this view what would be the action of a ring through which a current is passing? If the ring were horizontal the inner parts of the ring would all rise together and all fall together, they would vibrate and produce the same effect as the rectilinear vibrations of a magnet. For many years, Tom Bearden (the "father" of scalar electromagnetics) has been touting "the way" to free energy, anti-gravity, etc. This was through the use of phase conjugate principles.

Scalar effects are produced by phase conjugating a wave by 180 degrees to cancel out the energy, yet it produces a "stress wave" that can have physical effects.

We are told there was a laser researcher who figured that energy could be extracted from a properly conjugated laser cavity. He succeeded yet before he could make the details of the process known, he was killed by short range shotgun blasts as he left his home. The circumstances indicated silence was the motive for the killing.

Tom says he has in no way given up on phase conjugate theory but that he has gone as far as he could with what materials and research tools he has. So, he decided to put some of his own observations out and those resulted in the Final Secret treatise.

The work continues on these two primary fronts (i.e. phase conjugation and degenerate conductors), but with the main focus being on the degenerate conductor approach. According to Tom, there was nothing behind the change simply that he decided to share an additional approach based on some of his own observations and thoughts.

Phase Conjugation is still a very viable approach and one that we here at KeelyNet believe to be right on track above everything else. This follows the work of Keely and the entire field of music and resonance. By creating interference patterns (constructive or destructive), you can affect energy or mass.

The ideal free energy device would use a tuned waveplate or a geometry that produces such a wavefront that it would "interfere" with incoming energies to produce side effects as specified in the NEUTRAL1 Aether Spectrum. Those side effects would be collected or otherwise discharged for practical use. Electricity, light or heat are all quite practical using this down conversion method.

That is one of the reasons for our interest in "Magic Squares", because they form the geometries that can act as kaleidoscopic multipliers or dividers of these incoming energies or simply Aether/gravity to keep it simple. An interesting quote made by John Keely was that a tuning fork or tuned bar will excite another fork/bar of the same frequency.

So if you place one thousand identically tuned bars in a room, then strike a single bar, all the bars would vibrate and thus produce augmentation of force!

Keely also indicates that in a differentiated mass (such as a "conditioned" magnet), all of the "knotholes" or nodes of interference are removed. Once this is done, the mass becomes essentially superconducting because of the instant communication of force throughout its aggregate structure.

When that occurs, change of one single molecule will instantly change all other molecules of like composition because the aggregate has been attuned to a harmonious or "differentiated" condition.

The point here is that phase conjugation is extremely important to our quest for free energy devices because it defines the practical application of frequency to produce effects.

At the ISNE conference banquet, a book was shown that was produced by the United States Coast Guard. It was titled "From 2012" or something like that; can't find the note on it. But the title definitely was 2012 and it was published in the last few years by the US Coast Guard. The perspective of the book was from the year 2012, describing extant conditions.

One whole chapter was devoted to energy generation and it was given that ZPE/vacuum devices would be in global use!! This means the government either has the technology or something big is soon to break. The whole impetus of GM and other auto manufacturers towards electric cars is trying to tell us something.

About what ratios spoke Aristotle? Responding this question it is necessary to tell about two achievements of the Pythagorean science: (1) about the "Principle of multiple relations" formulated by Pythagoreans for the first time and (2) about the "division of the line segment in extreme and middle ratio" called later by the "golden section".

The number of 10 is considered by the Pythagoreans as the highest value. They called it as a "tetraxis". As is known the "tetraxis" can be presented as the sums of four first natural numbers (10 = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4) and it carried a special ideological load in the Pythagorean doctrine.

The unit or "Monada" of 1, according to Pythagoras, meant a spirit and all visible world follows from it. From the unit of 1 the "deuce" or the "dyad" (2 = 1 + 1) symbolized the material atom followed. By taking in itself the unit 1, the "dyad" was transformed into the "triad" (3 = 2 + 1) symbolized the living world. The living world (the "triad") plus the unit of 1 produces the "tetrad" (4 = 3 + 1) symbolized the Whole, that is, the visible and invisible world. As the "tetraxis" 10 = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4, it meant that it expressed by itself "Everything".

As it appeared, the internal proportions of the "teraxis" are found among many natural phenomena of the objective world, in particular, in the law of the cord oscillation. The musical row proportions constructed on this basis provided the best, harmonic consonance: the ratio of each member of the "tetraxis" to the previous one gave the "octave" (2:1), the "quinte" (3:2), the "quarto" (4:3).

So with the sound wave process for the first time in the history of science the major property of all sound waves (their multiplicity) was revealed. The "Musical harmony " discovered by means of the "tetraxis" analysis was confirmed through experience with a traditional cord.

A belief in the universality of the "tetraxis" principle developed step-by-step and this prepared the basis for transferring this model to the Cosmos.

Plato's cosmology is based on the regular polyhedrons called "Platonic Solids". Each of Plato's Solids symbolized one of the five "beginnings" or "elements": tetrahedron - the body of fire; octahedron - the body of air; a hexahedron (cube) - the body of the Earth; regular icosahedron - the body of water; dodecahedron - the body of the Universe.

Plato's cosmology became the basis of the so-called icosahedro-dodecahedral doctrine. The basis of this doctrine is the fact that the dodecahedron and regular icosahedron are typical forms of nature in all its manifestations starting with the cosmos and finishing with the micro-cosmos.

The problem with the shape of the Earth has occupied the minds of scientists since ancient times. When the hypothesis about the spherical form of the Earth gained scientific ground, there arose the idea that the Earth represents was a dodecahedron. Plato wrote: "The Earth, if one looks at it from above, is similar to a ball consisting of 12 skin pieces". Thus Plato's hypothesis found further scientific development in works of physicists, mathematicians and geologists.

In the last few years the hypothesis about the icosahedro-dodecahedral form of the Earth was subjected to verification. To do this the scientists combined the axis of the dodecahedron with the axis of the terrestrial globe and when gyrating around it, the polyhedron aligned its edges to coincide with the gigantic disturbances of the Earth's crust. By taking the regular icosahedron as a polyhedron, they established that its edges coincided with still smaller-sized partitions of Earth's crust (mountain ranges, etc.). These observations confirmed the hypothesis about the proximity of the tectonic framework of Earth's crust with the forms of the dodecahedron and icosahedron.

The hubs of the hypothetical geo-crystal appear as though they are the centers of certain anomalies on the planet: in them all global centers of extreme atmospheric pressure, and regions of the hurricanes origin are arranged; in one of the hubs of the regular icosahedron (in Gabon) the natural nuclear reactor that worked 1,7 milliard years ago was found. The gigantic mineral deposits are dated for many hubs of the polyhedrons, anomalies an animal pattern (the lake of Baikal), centers of development of cultures of mankind (Ancient Egypt, Northern Mongolia etc.).

A long time it was believed that in the inorganic realm, Nature did not use the dodecahedron and the icosahedron having "pentagonal" symmetry axis; but the “pentagonal” symmetry axis is a constant part of organic materials.

The discovery of the quasi-crystals (based on the regular icosahedron) in 1984 by Israeli physicist Dan Shechtman became the outstanding event in modern physics. This discovery showed that the "pentagonal" symmetry and the icosahedral form play a fundamental role in crystallography.

Dan Winter further develops the icosahedro-dodecahedral model of the Earth, He proves that the angle described by the Earth's spin axis during its precession for 26 000 years is equal to 32°. It is equal to the same angle used when it is necessary to incline the cube and gyrate it around its axis (with five stops) to get the dodecahedron. In Winter’s opinion, the power skeleton of the Earth is a dodecahedron inscribed into the icosahedron, which, in turn, is inscribed into the second dodecahedron. The geometrical ratios between the indicated polyhedrons are represented by the golden section.

The dodecahedral structure, in Winter’s opinion, is inherent not only in the power skeleton of the Earth, but also in the constitution of living material. So, during division of the ovule it forms first as the tetrahedron from four cells, then the octahedron, the cube, and, at last, the icosahedro-dodecahedral frame of the gastrula. And most important it is the structure of the genetic code of life itself as represented by the four-dimensional development (on the time axis) of rotated dodecahedron! "Within the spherical center of large masses is a neutral center. John Keely worked extensively with the vibrational neutral centers of resonating masses. I define the neutral center as a point at which the gravitational field sums to zero but the gravitational potential is quite high. Both the students of Buckminster Fuller and his protégé Dr. Hans Jenny devised clever experiments that showed how the Platonic Solids would form within a vibrating / pulsating sphere. In the experiment conducted by Fuller’s students, a spherical balloon was dipped in dye and pulsed with “pure” sound frequencies, known as the “Diatonic” sound ratios. A small number of evenly-distanced nodes would form across the surface of the sphere, as well as thin lines that connected them to each other. If you have four evenly spaced nodes, you will see a tetrahedron. Six evenly spaced nodes form an octahedron. Eight evenly spaced nodes form a cube. Twenty evenly spaced nodes form the dodecahedron, and twelve evenly spaced nodes form the icosahedron. The straight lines that we see on these geometric objects simply represent the stresses that are created by the “closest distance between two points” for each of the nodes as they distribute themselves across the entire surface of the sphere.

The relationship between the polyhedrons and structure of crystals and minerals is well known. Table salt is an example of how two different elements, sodium and chloride bond together to form a Platonic Solid of the Cube. Though water is not a crystal in the liquid state, the water molecule is made up of two hydrogen and one oxygen atom that form together in the shape of a tetrahedron. Another example is fluorite crystals which form the octahedron, basically all crystalline structure in creation has a molecular structure based upon either the tetrahedron, cube and octahedron. All these crystalline structures are capable of conducting "electricity" to some degree or another. There is no known natural mineral or molecule that exhibits the properties of the icosahedron or the dodecahedron, whilst these shapes have symmetry they do not have periodicity as crystal formations. However, scientists have been able to manufacture material that has icosahedron or the dodecahedron structures. These crystals are often called quasi crystals, material made with this structure has an extremely high strength, resistance to heat and will not conduct electricity. An example of two such materials are aluminium-copper-iron quasi-crystal alloy, which has the dodecahedron shape, and aluminium-cobalt-nickel alloy which has the shape of a decagonal 10 sided prism.
