Well and i, the above chart was prepared by Michael Wells Mandeville from the
Smithsonian Institute's data compiled by Simkin & Siebert. I have
full confidence in Michael's thorough data analysis and presentation.
Here's his commentary on the data:

Quote:
"...this Chart of world volcanism for the past 125 years was carefully
constructed to provide a consistent data series which is statistically valid.
Despite biasing the numbers to diminish the likelihood of seeing a trend,
Chart 102 clearly reveals that worldwide volcanic activity has increased
by a fourfold factor
. Since some of the world's most active volcanic zones
were excluded from the sample (generally because they are too remote
and were not monitored well for most of the century), this graph likely
understates the increase in volcanic activity
."

Here's another chart from Michael. This time prepared from a different
data set over a shorter time period: that compiled by the NEIC-PDE
World Earthquake Database.

excellent. thanks for the clarification. i've been having a tough time getting through to people on this issue. if you and some others had not opened my mind to so much else over the past year or so, i would have written it off myself. but it just makes sense! i mean really, do you make a cup of tea with a hairdryer? no you heat a more dense vessel that is holding the water. in this case the "more dense vessel" is the surface of the earth and the flame is the earth's magma.

even people who are keen to the tactics of the NWO have a very difficult time divorcing themselves from the establishment-left's twisted facts and half-truths. and always in their twisted logic is the argument, "don't you want cleaner air and water?!" well of course... we all do. personally, i'd rather focus on the NOX and CO coming from the tailpipe rather than the CO2... the mercury and SuO2 coming from the coal plant near my house rather than the CO2, the flouride in my water, etc. Carbon Dioxide is a very clever smokescreen. get people to focus on that, and they THINK that they are handing it hard to corporations. then to seal the "victory," get exxon-mobile to give money to scientists who publish flawed papers about why global warming isn't man-made. and through it all, the truth--that the vast majority of global warming comes from the globe itself and not its inhabitants...
