Thanks for the replys.........I am a big believer in this topic.........I have a 1 yr old and after looking at all the food (crap) in the grocery store for young kids and babys I cant help but think I should just put him on a schedule of fresh friuts and veggies before he becomes a sugar and dairy addict before the age of 3........
The one blessing being 43 is that from ages 1-14 .......we never had all this access to the junk of fast food and convience stores.........now kids growing up dont stand a chance unless they are very active and have somewhat smart parents..........
Matt.........I have listened the the audio you are referring too.........I will have to relisten to it because like all of Fintan and Kathys audios I feel like if I dont listen to each one a second or third time I seem to miss some of the information...........When you say you eat once a day........at what time do you usually eat??? |
